Having reviewed your application, we can see that this requirement was discussed with you by your Account Manager before the agreement was signed, and there was no obligation or pressure to proceed. We appreciate, however, that you feel this could have been communicated more clearly earlier in the process, and we'll take your feedback on board.

Jack was brilliant
Jack was brilliant. Quick and helpful and actually understood our needs.
