I’m writing to share some important feedback about my recent experience with your loan service, as I believe it raises serious concerns that others should be aware of before proceeding.

When I was first quoted a rate, it appeared low enough to be attractive and worth engaging with. However, the actual interest rate that was finally offered once funding was arranged was almost double the initially quoted rate. This was a significant and unexpected change.

Most concerning of all, there was no clear mention at the beginning of an arrangement fee of 10% of the loan amount. This is an extremely high fee, and it only became fully apparent later in the process. Had this been disclosed transparently from the start, I would have reconsidered proceeding.

I strongly urge anyone considering this service to be very cautious: make sure you get all fees and the likely final interest rate in writing before agreeing to any checks or further steps. Transparency around total cost, including arrangement fees and the impact on your credit file, is essential when making such an important financial decision.
