I am especially fond of my deliverer, Callum who always has a smile on his face and is always prepared and very knowledgeable on any questions I ask regarding the machine, filters or water.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Ordering was easy and the mineral water itself is top quality. However, the highlight was the delivery. The driver, Callum, went above and beyond. Excellent service following a slight administrative error, our delivery driver Harrison didn't have the correct bottles, I suspected that this would mean we wouldn't receive water until the following week. How wrong I was! Harrison re-delivered the needed water the SAME DAY! Really appreciated effort from Harrison and the Love Water team, especially in this hot weather.
