We opted for the option with no attendant and Ashley on their support team could not have made this an easier experience! I ended up giving her a call while setting up the printer and she was so patient and helpful as she walked me through step by step how to set everything up and made me feel so confident in how the night would go. The photobooth was a hit with all the guests and they were wonderful to work with.

It was pretty easy to set up and get everything running! The battery lasted the whole 4 hour party without having to charge it at all. It’s convenient, customizable and portable making it easy to use and fit in any setting!it was great having a “photo booth” without having to take out a loan to pay for it. Everyone loved it and I will definitely be using LoveStream for future events!

This is the second year we’ve used the Lovestream Photo Booth for our JROTC Military Ball. This is an extremely convenient option for a Photo Booth. We had an issue getting connected to the WiFi and the customer service rep came through like a champ. They text, call, and use a video call service to walk you through troubleshooting to ensure you get the best experience possible. We definitely recommend and will use again next year!

Great customer service, easy to set up and use. We had this for my husband’s birthday party and it was a hit. I love that we get a link to the whole album of photos as well. Would highly recommend. I live in Hawaii and the process to receive and return the equipment was easy as well. Thank you!!

Great customer service. We used them for a women’s golf invitational and the booth worked perfect the background was great. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a fun way to capture the moments. Memories are the best!

I had booked the booth by lovestream in September 2025 for my July 2026 wedding and put down a $450 deposit. In February due to personal reasons I needed to cancel the contract. It has proven extremely difficult to get a hold of an actual person at this company. My mother and I have called and emailed numerous times over the past month and been constantly rerouted to automated messages. Finally, after weeks of this we received an email today asking if we would like to cancel our contract and lose our $450 (again appeared to be automated). While I understand we signed a contract, I find it hard to believe we couldn’t get our deposit back when when we initially tried to cancel we were 5 months away from the event. I was hoping to talk to an actual person and work this out. The money issue aside, the fact that it was such an involved process to even speak to someone regarding our need to cancel was incredibly frustrating and makes me feel a lot better about not using them for my event. All other vendors I have booked have been easily accessible and incredibly responsive…that was not the case with lovestream.

This was a great option for our event. The setup help was easy to access and got us on track with no issues. Support is very friendly, and the booth was a hit!

Lovestream PhotoBooth was an awesome and huge hit at our party. We celebrated our daughter’s first birthday. And everybody loved the Photo Booth. It was an easy set up and an easy delivery.
