Update: thank you for the apology, it should not have taken all of this. To clarify, and to be transparent, you did not call me immediately to tell me anything about it being delayed. You called me at 3:00 PM and I was at work. I called you back at 5:00 PM. I still have the messages on my phone and the timeline where I called back so that’s not true. You never went to the courier for the second trip because I contacted them. They said that it is not a commercial business and that they do deliver on the weekends no matter what. They never scanned it into refuse it. No worries. Do better! We are humans with feelings. Don’t cover up.

I inquired about their booth on 5/14/26. I paid in full on 5/15/26, to have their booth delivered prior to my son's college graduation party 5/30/26. Booth was to be delivered 2-3 days prior but promised the day before. I signed the contract. I was to complete an "attached graphics" form to personalize the booth. I completed it 3x's. Each time, they claimed not to receive it and sent me another person's personal information stating they hadn't received his "personalized graphics." I sent a long letter showing I personalized it 3x's and I was not that person. They finally acknowledged and sent me a "mockup" of what I designed. I approved it. They claimed they mailed it via one shipping company on 5/27/26 (3 days prior when I should have received it by then). Their tracking never went anywhere. I was called by an employee 5/29/26 (night before the event 3:54 pm) to say they were issuing a refund because it was stuck in delivery (although they said if that happened, they would expedite same day). No other explanation just stuck. We bought backdrops/props/canopy we couldn't use. We were on/off the phone for hours. She sent me another tracking number from the second shipping company this time and said it would be here 2 hours before my event because the co-owner was going to the airport to personally expedite it overnight. 5 minutes later, He called to say he tried to pay $400 to overnight it and the shipping company rejected it because they don't ship to residential/businesses on the weekend (but the first employee said it was sent and gave me the tracking #). Being in the legal field, I contacted the shipping company, and they said no one ever came, they could see worldwide "attempts," and it would have to be scanned in to be rejected, and no one could go through the airport, so the company lied to me. I requested my refund. They tried to force me to sign an NDA "refund waiver," They held my money until I threatened BBB & bad reviews. I refused to sign an NDA. I had to pay an online service. I have all Texts/Emails. This company claims they have a different string of events but ask them to show you. They claim they tried to do everything to help but did nothing but falsify information. After threatening to take them to court and sue for 10x's the amount they owe and give them a bad review, they tried to give me a "Refund Contract" with a non-disclosure in it saying that we came up with an agreement not to talk about them, disclose what happened, or mention any names. It had a "Non-Disclosure" agreement attached. I refused. I never agreed to those terms. They finally refunded my money after I threatened to sue them and offered a free rental next time AS IF THERE WOULD BE A NEXT TIME when no remorse was shown, and I would get it IF I signed the NDA. They released the money June 02, 2026, although I paid May 15, 2026, and they never shipped my booth and cancelled May 29, 2026, the night prior to his party. No telling how many people they did this to. You don't see too many negative reviews because people were likely forced to sign a "Refund Contract" non-disclosure agreement. How tacky. They will come on here to say it didn't happen, but I have every single email from them and all the text messages along with the day I paid, received my money, the two shipping numbers from both companies, etc. All I wanted was a sincere apology and my money back. After making excuses and trying to sneak and have me sign a non-disclosure, I felt it was necessary to let people know to be careful. I was forced within hours to come up with a way to get photos after they failed us and we were left with all the things we purchased for the booth. Shame on them. They came on the last post and falsified information to make themselves look good, then flagged my because I posted names. I still know who they are, do that's good. Next time, take the time to actually keep your word, care about the consumer and their events, and don't do sneaky NDA's masked as "Receipt Contracts" when there is no such thing. You didn't provide a service, so the money should have been refunded immediately, not hide behind a contract you made void. So sad with all the hurt in the world. Your company needs to do better with people.the

I rented the photo/video booth. They thought of everything. I needed help the day of my event to set up because I could not access the instructional video. The lady that answered the phone when I called stayed on the line until everything was set up. I will definitely use them again!!!

It was so easy and convenient setting up the printer and iPad stand with light. The price was reasonable compared to a lot of other companies. Our party was for 2 kids who each wanted their own border and I think in the future I would design my own because the designs we got were very basic for the extra $25 we paid for it. Otherwise I was very happy with the service.

My family and I are so happy that we decided to use LoveStream for our family reunion! It was almost effortless. The ordering process was a breeze. The set up was so user friendly & fast. We had a blast with the Photo Booth from the oldest family member down to the younger generation! Now that I know about LoveStream I will be booking them for all celebrations as well as referring them to everyone!! Thank you LoveStream for sharing the love of photography with us!! GOD Bless❣️

Flawless experience from ordering online, customer service and the simplicity of set up, breakdown, and return shipping

I absolutely loved this service! I was hesitant because it seemed like just an iPad and ring light. But I was wrong and it’s actually so much more.

The iPad has great quality for pictures and videos, the photo printing is on really good paper, the printer itself is fast (and I only got the basic package).

The service you’re getting is also unbelievable, they answer very quickly, everything is very easy to assemble, and the directions are easy to follow. I will 100% be renting from them again!

I rented the LoveStream booth for a corporate event with around 120 people. I was a little nervous about setting the booth up myself but it wasn’t hard and I had zero technical difficulties. Every question I had during the process was answered promptly.

The LoveStream booth worked perfectly during my event and we have many wonderful photos to share! I would recommend to anyone.

Ordered the Photo Booth a week before the wedding, it was delivered by Thursday before the big day. Set up was easy peasy less than 10 minutes day of wedding. Guests loved the opportunity for photos!! We just plugged in and it had its own hot spot. Highly recommend for ease of use and wedding guests had a great time using.

It was easy to set up and use and took great photos! It was such a fun addition to our event. Everyone loved it. I was a little nervous bc the price was so good and it seemed too easy but it really was perfect. You should get a booth if you’re thinking about it. We got the intro package.

Very happy with our rental experience! I am not going to lie, when I got an email that our photo booth was shipping to me directly I was very confused & nervous. I was very intrigued to see how it was going to work out and was worried it was going to be some big headache.

It was the furthest thing from that! From unboxing through setup through the event through sending the package back; it was ALL a breeze!!

We faced a minor issue where our template didnt print on the photos at first but the customer service is phenomenal and within 3 minutes we were FaceTiming and in under 5 minutes we had it all fixed and working as it should have been.

They provided PLENTY of extra paper & ink cartridges to take more than enough photos for your event.

I will DEFINITELY be ordering again and am looking forward to another great experience for our upcoming Christmas in July celebration this summer.

I received my equipment several days ahead which made it nice to practice. I had an issue not getting my backgrounds and they were right there helping me. The day went great and we will use them again.

Highly recommend! The booth came in the Thursday before the wedding with everything I need! Shipping was so easy! Just put everything in the box and put the preprinted label on and ship back! This was a hit at our wedding and will cherish the photos forever!

We made the decision to do a Photo Booth at my daughter’s sweet 16 party at the last minute. We ordered it and requested expedited shipping, and all of the equipment arrived 2 days later. I highly recommend taking the time to set everything up before the day of the event. Use the instruction videos. They made set up much easier than the booklet instructions. During the party, the kids had a blast with the photo booth and were able to use it on their own without an attendant. I would definitely use this service again!

I rented love booth for graduation party! It was a hit. Everyone loved it. Received everything on time and was easy to setup! I am going to rent for teenagers party or Halloween!

We found the equipment was pretty user friendly. When we did have questions, the support from LoveStream was very helpful.
Our "Seniors On The Go" had a lot of fun taking pictures with funny props and were excited to have real pictures to take home.

I ordered last minute, about a week from the event. Boxes delivered earlier than expected, set up was easy, customer service and assistance was thorough and fast, image and paper quality was professional quality. Return was easy. Can not say enough great things. If you are on the fence, order it, makes the event so much better
