Beautiful lampshades, excellent customer service

Two beautiful shades, one Raspberry and one Topaz lined with Muck n Brass grey ChiMiracle paper, excellent customer experience. Love Frankie happily sent me multiple colour swatches, from point of order (one was custom made to a different size) the shades were delivered within seven days.

Excellent product

Excellent product. Absolutely what we had hoped for. Manufacturing and delivery lead times were a little longer than posted but when we wrote to them to ask about the progress they replied very quickly. Worth the wait.

Ordered 4 and think they were rushed as waited well over 2 weeks

Not as happy as raw silk lampshades which were better quality - exposed edges of fabric can be seen pretty poor expected better

Antwort von Love Frankie

Hello Irene,

Many thanks for taking the time to write a review, I'm so sorry you are not 100% happy with the products.

All our lampshades are handmade to order so if there are any exposed edges to the fabric I would be very interested in seeing some photographs as we would happily fix this for you.
I shall send you an email now.

All the very best,
Helen @ Love Frankie
