My flight with daughter in-law from Spokane to Miami on Saturday March 7 2026 return on 15 march supposed to cost 458 dollars but not known to me they tacked on 400 dollars making my charge 898 dollars than I called southwest and they only charged 377.70 kk

3 trips all 3 times i book it on look to fly and they call me everytime with an EXCUSES prices went up overnight or the first quote was accident so its double. I tried to explain this to 3 seperate people and the customer service says we are still cheaper then the actual airline if u check sites. WTF IS THAT MY PEICE WAS 802 THEN THEY CALL NEXT DAY ITS 1581, AND THIS IS 4 MONTHS OUT. This is another click bait get consumer info and play games. 3 CHANCES AND THEY FAILED ALL 3 TIMES.

While they couldn't get my preferred flight at the price I was looking for, they were very flexible in trying to find me a flight and dates that would work. Yes, the prices can seem too good to be true. But if you have flexibility, you can find a great deal here.

Looktofly.com is totally a scam! Received an email from them, looked like a flight was booked - however it was a "booking number", not an actual airline confirmation (Alaska Airlines had NO RECORD of passenger 3 days later) Any phone contact with them was rude. Their alleged "address" 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801 does not exist. Avoid at all cost. We responded to emails to cancel any further service and will be disputing any fraudulent charges on our credit card.

I was able to save money for sure...I checked the fare on airline website...but looktofly saved me almost 40 percent..so very satisfied...I think every time I book any flight, I will definitely contact these guys first...very happy.

On August 2,2025, I booked with this fraudulent company just to find out that the prices shown on website are FAKE!! I called and spoke to 3 agents with the 3rd agent being very rude to me. I was told that the website has not been updated and they're trying to charge more expensive prices that's different from website.

Absolutely a total scam!! Just like the other complaints I booked our family vacation 5 total. They sent me a confirmation code. I thought no more about it and several days later I received a call and our tickets were canceled!!! They wanted more money. Unbelievable they should shut this down. I now have to go online and look again and prices have gone up.

This is part two to my original review. All flights were legit. We were able to get round trip flights on Delta and Bahamas Air. We had a beautiful family vacation thanks to Looktofly. Great customer service. Lots of call backs to make sure I was updated each step of the way

This is a scam. Do NOT use this agent. Hours after booking online I was called and told me (paid) fair was no longer available. My only option was to rebook longer flights for a 20% cost increase. 2 weeks later the reservation was cancelled by the Look to Fly. I only found this out by calling the airline directly. After days of dealing with customer service (Keith) I finally requested a refund. None has been initiated so now I have to dispute the charges with my credit card. This is a nightmare I wouldn't wish on anyone. DO NOT USE.

Worst website to book the flights from. They book the flight and without notification, cancelled it. I had to call in to get my tickets only to find out they were cancelled.
