awful customer sevice

Dreadfully service, paid for quick reply but have not received the ring yet, was told they mislaid my order, also told I will get sent the wrong size.
Fantastic business ethic.

Confirmation email sent to say goods on its way, then didn't hear anything for a week. Contacted the "company" which then said there was a problem with the transaction, even though the money was taken immediately from my account. Was told my money has been refunded, yet I am still awaiting to receive it. On my way to bank for verification.

It is beautiful. Would highly recommend the company. Keeps update on process

Order it the 2nd of feb and still hadn’t come and it’s a valentines present I haven’t even had a email to say it been shipped or nothing so I’m clueless what to do and lot of money to not have what you orderd

Response was very quick when I had a query got my item which was beautiful. They had a system error so my delivery was a little late and they refunded my postage amazing! X

I would avoid this company.
I sent back a faulty item back in February to be told a new one would be sent out.
Have been in contact several times on Facebook via reviews Facebook messenger email and Instagram I am getting completely ignored. They finally reply months on lying that they have either sent or out or not had any messages from us when I have proof of all the times I have contacted. Disgusting service
