Very trustworthy company, they did a great job, Ziggy our locksmith was friendly, helpful and punctual.

I would highly recommend this company, not the cheapest but still reasonable.

Phoned today and arrived 30 minutes later. How is that for service. Explained the job carried out the service with no problems. Was very sociable and pleasant. Would highly recommend.

Engineer arrived within the hour as promised. He was polite and efficient and had a new lock sorted within 20 minutes!

Less than an hour between phone call and the locksmith arriving to change two door locks and a garage door lock too. Very pleasant and friendly and better still, quick. He even had to engineer a new lock for the garage as it was an odd one. Really pleased with the result. Definitely professional wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great service. I called at 11.30pm desperate as my front door lock would not open and a locksmith (Manuel) turned up as agreed at 8.30am this morning and a new lock was fixed in half an hour! Great relief. Thank you for being so prompt and professional.

The locksmith was very personable, professional and persistent when he encountered a problem- went above and beyond to readjust dads doors so that they opened and closed properly.

I locked myself out on bank holiday Sunday evening and was grateful to be saved within 40 mins. I knew it was going to cost me to get some one to come out at that time scale but obviously it was worth it. Lesson learned thank you.

Excellent same day service!

The gentleman who fixed our door was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Work done to fix front door lock at lunchtime. By 9:30pm lock stopped working and door couldn't be unlocked from inside or outside.
We were now locked in the house as our front door the only means of getting out. Rang GLSS to explain but they weren't able/willing to send anyone out until the morning despite claiming to be 24/7 emergency locksmiths. Even when I explained it was a safety concern should there be a fire or we needed to get out for any other reason etc., they weren't interested and my children and I are left with no alternative but to remain trapped inside and wait until tomorrow for them to (hopefully) fix the problem they had caused by the work they had done only hours before!

Edit (following reply from GLSS on here - 21/6/23):
MORE LIES!! Only ONCE did GLSS make contact with me since this fiasco in April (definitely NOT 'several times'). This was to ask me to retract my honest review telling me 'we only want positive reviews' and was then offered a £30 refund to do so (job cost me over £200). Hardly a 'generous partial refund'.
After my refusal to accept the refund, I was told by the lady on the telephone that she would speak to her manager and get back to me. SHE NEVER DID!
I was also given 2 separate excuses why they couldn't send anyone out to fix the issue until the next day. Customer service said they only had 1 locksmith available and his car broke down but when this locksmith turned up the next day he apologised that he couldn't come the previous evening as he was at a friend's party!!
Awful customer service; making up a totally false narrative to cover up the truth. Disgusting and insulting to the customer.

The locksmith was professional, polite and efficient.
