Clear, matter of fact, concise, business-like.

They seemed to listen until the end of the call when they ignored my preference a local advisor.
Also seemed to miss the fact that I wanted broad financial advice and the advisor offered was a big firm in the North of England who specialise in pensions with only 'vague advice' for investment and money management. However the person I spoke to was pleasant and sounded interested.

Listened explained fully , and got me appointment with a advisor best suited to my requirements

My initial contact with Your Local Financial Advisor with Joe on the phone went very smoothly. He explained the process of allocating a third-party Advisor and arranged an appointment after taking some details to ensure smooth and productive next steps. Very impressed by his cheerful professionalism.

From the start to the finish, he was indeed very helpful. He understood my queries, even my concerns over my not understanding what I was fully trying to do. He led me from start to finish. I thank him.

I didn't really understand my options before my meeting with the financial advisor, now I'm much more informed and and confident to move forward and hopefully enjoy a good retirement.
