He explained the whole process clearly whilst being very jolly and friendly and has certainly reduced my tariffs on both electricity and gas. I would definitely recommend Lloyd Energy.

Lee Sitara & his assistant Sam were very helpful in getting us the best deal for our electricity contract. Lee was very professional and had great understanding of the electricity market. He was respectful and friendly, not at all pushy.

Pleasure to speak with Ben
I have spoken with Ben Tennyson several times over the last months. He is very professional, has a lovely calm manner and is not at all pushy. He understands that at this moment in time as a local Healthwatch due to be abolished by the government we are not in a position to change contracts but he still keeps in touch to ask how we are doing at this very difficult time. It is a pleasure to speak with him and hopefully work with him in the near future.

Spoke to Lee today as I have done in the past several times and he was, as always very polite, never pushy and always offered me the best prices for energy contracts at the time. A very genuine guy that is always a pleasure to speak to.

excellent customer service
Having been contacted by various energy agents to manage our energy contracts we switched to Lloyd energy as I found Lee to be very professional, courteous and very personable. He secured us a great deal that we couldn't match elsewhere. Customer Service is something we as a company value very much and Lee definitely represented Lloyd energy with regards to a 5* experience.
