Excellent level of service, fantastic CGIs and attention to detail. Sam and the team are full of enthusiasm and energy. It is such a refreshing approach.

We have dealt with LLD on of our brochures for a new development. Retika and the team have been super responsive and have gone above and beyond to meet our deadlines.

I would 100% recommend LLD to anyone looking to get a brochure put together.

We have worked with LLD for a number of years and have built a great relationship with Samantha and her team. We have always found them to be extremely accommodating and the service is five star.

Great experience working with LLD on our development, excellent designs and went out of their way to make sure we met our launch date.

I went to LLD wanting to redesign my home. After meeting with the team working on my project they pulled together a scheme, which perfectly matched the ideas we had. We had CGIs and fabric mood boards for each room that they were working on, before having anything installed, which really helped us visualise what it would look like.
LLD provided an excellent service throughout the entire project! Would Defiantly recommend them.

A terrible experience! Avoid like the plague! I am not surprised to find there are no other google reviews as people are not clamouring to leave good reviews for this company.

Here are just some of the shocking aspects of their work:

- Their design was 3x over the budget. Their CGIs were of practically no use as we could not afford the design. LLD quickly uploaded the CGIs to Instagram congratulating themselves on a job well done. The CGIs seem to be an exercise in self-promotion rather than for our benefit.
- They were slow to respond to emails with me sending multiple emails chasing things up. Progress was extremely slow.
- They expected us to partner up with a conservatory company who admitted he had not built something to the size we were building, and yet tried to charge £1260 just for a quote (something which he never mentioned up front and most conservatory companies do for free)!
- They were supposed to project manage the entire build, yet left me to arrange a structural engineer and liaise between the builders and building control. After a while (probably when it became too big a project for them to manage), they made excuses and eventually just claimed the money we had paid did not include project management, ultimately leaving us in the lurch and wasting many hours of our time.
- They claimed the reason they could not continue was because we arranged our own tradesmen when the only thing we arranged at that point was a carpet and fitter (after checking with the designer first and only because the carpets they found were well over the budget and we found one on sale!)
- Eventually they sent us a disorganized compilation of product sourcing with lots of products missing. It was difficult to find the products based on the information provided.

We hope in posting our experience, others are saved from going through the same.

LLD Design
Will definitely be using LLD Design for future projects. The CGI's were great and crucial in helping me sell all my plots off plan. Highly recommend

I really enjoyed working with Alison on the design for my bedroom. I wasn't sure if they would take on my project because it was just one room but they were so helpful and I'm thrilled with the result. They did a whole scheme for me offering me furniture, paint, wallpaper, carpet, curtains/blinds & cushions. Can't wait to use them again for my next room.

We needed CGIs and a showhome in a new development of ours. Both the internal and external CGI's were stunning and LLD went above and beyond to ensure our showhome was exactly what we wanted.

Absolutely loved the design that LLDDesign created for my Living Room scheme, the CGI's produced were so clear and precise, i felt that i was standing in the finished room. The team really listened to my ideas and thoughts, and were so helpful though out the whole process. I would strongly recommend them.

Fantastic Property marketing all in one place.
I have used LLD studios on 3 of my developments and would definitely use them again. They supplied me with all my off-plan sales material including CGIS and CGI walkthroughs. Then bought the virtual to a reality by providing us with unique showhomes . They have bought my company into the 21st century. Great company and fantastic staff. Nothing is too much trouble.
