I will not shop on this website again. I received my order and one of the outfits did not fit me well. I contacted their customer service to return the outfit and was told they will not take it back but would offer me $11 compensation and I should keep it. Really!?! Terribly disappointed. Even the tops I ordered are not made the same as the pictures on the website….the website shows them as long flowing tops and they do not fall nearly as long on me as the pictures show. This company’s return policy is NOT friendly.

There was no consistency to the sizing. I ordered 6 outfits and have to return 4. The bust differed on each one. The shorts were very short. However, the customer service, so far, has been great. The communication has been open on their side. Hopefully it continues with returning part of my order.

The outfit I ordered looks terrible. Cheap material. I tried to return it, but when you go to customer service, it takes you right back to their shopping website. Very agrivating. No phone number!

Received 3 blouses. Paid $95. Did not like them at all. I was expecting three beautiful fall blouses. Was looking forward to them. Very disappointed! The materials the colors, the fit all wrong. And one was the wrong size. I contacted them too return them. They agreed to a refund of $30. And refused to do anything else about it. I will never wears these tops. And I will never order anything else from them. They "got me" for $65. That's if I actually see the $30 refund.

I love every item I have bought from Liyni. It’s real material, not like some other online clothing stores I’ve purchased in the past. The colors are true to picture shown. I will only shop from Liyni from now on.

I ordered 2 items, both size L, both of a similar nature. One fits great and is beautiful. The other is obviously mis-sized because it is objectively smaller than the other and doesn't come close to fitting. I've tried contacting to get a shipping code for a return but haven't heard back. They make returns very difficult -- not sure if I'll ever hear from them :-(

A bit delay on delivery but worth the wait! It is exactly how the pic shows it. Good quality. True to size following their size guide chart. Classy and elegant!

The website was easy to navigate. The dress did run a little small.

The dress is cute, a little snug in the chest area. Really, my only complaints are that it is listed as “midi length” and I’m 5’7” and it is floor length and the amount of time I waited to receive it.

I ordered a dress which was not cheap saying it was manufactured in the US. When it arrived it had come from China and was definitely sub par. I have asked for a refund but so far not even a response.

Sizing was spot on. Shipping took awhile.

The 2 piece Green Round Neck set was ordered in a Large. The top is way to small and the pants are too short. The colors in the outfit are really faded and do not resemble the picture.
I want to return the item, but can not get hold of the Customer Service department. It does not exist. This company is a scam. Can someone give me some guidance?

"Trendy Round Neck Sweater" was the description of the sweater. It is a mock turtle neck. The ad said the sweater was cotton. I received it. It's scratchy and does not feel like cotton. There is no fabric content tag on the sweater. I was told to go to the home page to find the fabric content. I was not able to find it.

Blouse is very classic, appropriate for casual or dress.

The product really matched the description

Easy buying experience and all items are true to size measurement charts.
The only unsatisfactory aspect was trying to follow delivery. Updates were almost non-existent.
