Disappointed by color runs issues
The one-piece top with a cardigan-over-shirt design looks stylish and feels like good quality. However, the cardigan’s color bleeds onto the shirt even after a quick rinse, making it high-maintenance. Considering the price, it’s not practical to send it for dry cleaning after every wear. Disappointing in terms of durability. I couldn't post this review on Liwisi site, so I am sharing my experience here instead.

Disappointing Experience with a Poorly Made Jacket
Unfortunately, my experience with this website was very disappointing. The jacket I received was completely different from what was shown in the photos on their website. The belt, instead of being at the waist, sits at the chest, which is a significant design flaw. When I contacted customer support to report the issue, I received no response. To make matters worse, I noticed that negative reviews get deleted. It seems like they don't take customer feedback seriously, which was really frustrating. I would strongly recommend you think twice before purchasing from this site. Make sure to check other customers' reviews carefully before making a decision.

Satisfied with my purchase
I was happy when receiving my shipment. The clothes look exactly what I expected. Good quality, and the sizes fit me perfectly. Besides, I love how they packed my stuff! The customer service team was very proactive and responded to my email promptly.

Purchased few times. Those items I bought, quality not bad. But the measurement guide for some of the clothes didn’t work for me as my size could be in between two sizes which sometimes hard for me to judge when buy online, especially jacket or outerwear. My first time purchasing from Liwisi. I loved the product quality, shipping services, and query email response time and the Liwisi team kept my order as a customer satisfaction as their priority. Thank you for delivering. Loved it. A request being a Liwisi customer from now onwards that you please design the outfits for US XS or US XXS (petite) that would be super helpful.

I should have google this review site before i placed the order
I ordered 3 items and plan to wear them around Christmas. Yet the whole batch took more than 2 weeks to ship. When it finally arrived right before Christmas, I found the collar of one of the sweaters has been came apart when i unpacked it. Not to mention I can't wear it at Christmas and was too busy to complain and ask for a refund. The return/refund policy is very unfriendly. I won't recommend this shop anyway
Update as of 12 January 2025:
I received a prompt response from the Customer Service (CS) team after sharing my previous comment. They offered me the choice of a replacement or a refund, and I opted for the latter. The refund was processed immediately. I appreciate the excellent service provided by the CS team and hope to see improvements in the product quality control moving forward.

I actually order 2 items product but due to one item is being out of stock before clarifying with customer service one of the colleague had serve me promptly and I feel that liwisi had a very good customer service experience for me. Representative Evelyn i would like to thank her prompt respond and service and even offer me to choose another options but I cancel 1 of the item instead and still continue to give me a good service experience. I will come back and support liwisi products again. It has been great.

Their clothes are very good quality and pretty. Beware of the sizes though, in US I wear small/medium but with them I am a large.

Good customer service
I received my order of 2 tops unfortunately both of them didn't fit me. I made an error as the sizes are not meant for AUS/NZD! However, Evelyn was kind enough to offer me a 30% refund of the order (excluded shipping). Therefore, I have reordered the same top of a larger size. I like the quality of the material & most of all the after sale service is good. I will certainly continue to shop at Liwisi !
