I got items need to be return due to sizing and bad quality and false advertising. They promote japanese clothing and they are from China. I emailed them to ask how to return the items but they didn’t reply. I had bad experience.

I have emailed on the 22nd April for a…

I have emailed on the 22nd April for a refund, it’s Friday today and I have emailed 4 times but still not reply. It’s over £100 and I’m just very dissapointed with their customer service. On their website it says reply’s within 24hrs but not even a message to say out of office.

When I received my first ordered 2 tops and a pant , the quality of the fabrics is soft, cooling material and suitable for office wear. Size fits me as well.

Bad quality and false advertising

Bad quality and false advertising. They promote Japanese clothing and It is from China. No labels on the clothing. I asked for a refund. They ship from a USA warehouse and they want me to return everything to China. I did return to the warehouse in USA and they do not want to refund. I had an excellent experience with Liwisi’s customer service. They were responsive, flexible, and quickly provided a hassle-free credit option instead of a return. Their communication was prompt, and the process was smooth. Highly recommend!

Great items but needed to return some…

Great items but needed to return some due to sizing. They replied on the 2nd email but told them I wasn’t interested with their of 30% of the total amount of my returns and keep the items. Honestly, why would I keep the items that doesn’t fit me? Plus I’d loose more money than what they were offering. Never heard from them again. Sent multiple emails and never got any replies.
Very Disappointing!!!

Stylish, good quality, helpful service

Lack of response to email

I wanted to add in my apartment number into the shipment address and emailed them under the name Lynn to add in this detail on 28th march.
Despite having a order confirmation and dispatch email being sent out, I did not receive a reply up till now.

Prompt reply and service

I bought a jacket from Liwisi which I would like to request to return as the item looked different from the picture (the jacket had shimmers which I did not quite like). The Liwisi team replied to my email within 2 days and offered their assistance to me. Their prompt action amplified their professionalism in providing good services to their customers.
