Purchased the Lauft 2-Tier Desktop Storage Shelf Display Bookshelf Cube via big w marketplace. It was described as bamboo and sturdy. Was not bamboo, rather MDF. And was extremely flimsy and was manufactured faulty as the panels were misaligned.
I contacted livibe, and they kept giving me the runaround. Refused to even acknowledge there is something wrong with it and tried to lie saying it is not mdf, it’s bamboo. They are the biggest liars. They kept referring to their “product team”. There is no product team. I threatened to contact big w for intervention and the department of fair trading and they still didn’t care. So I did contact big W and they issued me a full refund within a hour. The whole business is a shamble and will not last long. Their scamming and dodgy business ethics will be their undoing. If you are after a honest easy straightforward purchase then Stay away from this corrupt greedy incompetent business. If you do choose to buy something from them, purchase through a marketplace platform or be prepared to contact the department of fair trading. Yuck.
Extremely poor product and dishonest information
I purchased a Bell Tent for $729 as described on their website. I needed one that was fully waterproof, and after speaking with them they assured me it was. This was the primary reason I purchased from them. The first night of use it rained and leaked an incredible amount. The upper part was completely waterlogged, it leaked from top to bottom and pooled in areas all around the base.
I have tried contacting them several times via both email and telephone and never recieve any kind of response or communication.
If it were possible, I would leave a negative review for this business. I strongly urge anyone and everyone - DO NOT not buy from Livibe.

Avoid Livibe. I received a Glasshaus Parcel Letterbox that was missing essential parts and couldn’t function properly. After six weeks of back-and-forth with both the retailer and Livibe — sending photos, videos, and all details multiple times — I still got no resolution. Their customer service is dismissive and unhelpful. Poor product, worse support. Don’t waste your time or money.

Upon contacting the dreadful customer service staff who were arrogant and unhelpful from the start ( and after reading all the complaints I guess they are so unhappy with their jobs ), I requested a refund . Thankfully my purchase was thru Mydeal ,with livibe being the seller.
I warn all intending purchasers to avoid buying from these idiots .

I would not even give this company a 1 star review. I ordered a desk which was to be delivered between the 20/12 & the 27/12 to Adelaide. Messages started after the latest delivery date that they couldn’t deliver to the address. I have them a second address in Adelaide. After waiting over a week I received another message saying they could not also deliver to this address? I gave a country address, and after a couple weeks got a messages that they could not deliver here as well. Could not give me clarification on why and where it could be delivered. Today I received a message that they are refunding me?
My son has waited till nearly February and I now need to wait for the refund and purchase a whole new desk from another company. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Crap customer support and service

I tried to track the goods on the provided tracking numbers with no luck i then contacted the company via email and I.must they where late in replying a couple of days that afternoon after they had received my email the goods turned up in Great condition and how i was expexpecting them to be.
I have used other online companys in the past (CHINESE) and now will not use again but I must say my experience with this company has been good

Horrific, never ordering again. ordered a desk with legs, desktop turns up, legs don't. Told to wait a few days. Still waiting 3 weeks later, no response on email. The tracking website (Hunter) also doesnt work. will never be buying from then again.

I did not recieve my order. Over a month trying to have the order filled or a refund to no avail.I am a pensioner and they have taking my money and I have received nothing.All I have are emails resulting in nothing but stress and worry. I am type2 diabetic and thats why I ordered a treadmill from them for my health. I cannot rate this company it's just shocking.

Quick delivery, faulty product and horrific customer service!!
Ordered a mail drop box for our business for safe drop offs and pick ups. The lid has a gas strut on it that is supposed to hold the lid up while parcels and placed in it. It slammed shut! This is a major issue as could cause injury to those using it and that would then come back on us being on our property.
Contact customer service and for a week i got ONE email a day, telling me they're checking with their production team and to please 'bend the strut' so it will work. (mentioning a paypal dispute picked the correspondence up a little!)
If you bend the strut it will not go in where it is supposed to and you couldn't bend it anyway!
This was the worst company I've ever dealt with.

I bought a tent from Livibe. The initial transaction was great. I tracked my tent with the tracking provided and found they were using Hunter Express. When my tent showed delivered I contacted the courier and they told me that they tried to deliver the tent and couldn't so it was returned. This was completely untrue as I live in Tasmania and the tent didn't even leave Victoria. The receptionist was very abrupt and told me I would have to contact Livibe for a refund. Which I did and the money was back in my bank within 5 days. They were extremely apologetic and exceptional easy to deal with. My advice to them is use another courier company as Hunter Express is very bad for their business! I don't have a tent but if I lived in Victoria I would be happy to do business with them again.

So long story, I have just come into a little bit of money from a relative passing, so was in the market for a new desk. I spent hours upon hours searching for the perfect one, most were perfect but had ridiculous shipping costs because I live in rural Queensland. Then I came across the miuz gaming desk, which was beautiful and perfect, so I went to the checkout to see how much shipping would be and it said $311,and I was gobsmacked so I emailed customer services to confirm the cost and they did so I ordered one. 2 days later status is "on hold" so I message them again asking what's happening and they say their courier doesn't deliver to my address. So they lied and I am very disappointed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
