Thought I was getting coldplay tkts, bought last year, just by off chance I wud check,can't even get un touch ,can anyone help me plz

We bougt tickets for Coldplay in October. Started well - booked 8 (4+4) tickets, used Mastercard. After a few days I got confirmation of 4 tickets secured, and 4 tickets cancelled due to overbooking (maximum 4 tickets per person) - and I got refund back on my credit card - And I really felt this was a serious company and provider of concert tickets. Well - now the company, tickets and money are gone - This is Scam - Very speculative to act serous over time and «sell» a lot of tickets -and then shut the door and run off - Professional criminals!

Booked Coldplay tickets through LiveBooker.com. Had acknowledgement by email, paid £312,the company has now disappeared with the money, and no tickets have ever appeared. Website no longer available. Gutted.
They don't deserve even one star!

Just been on the phone to Citizens Advice. Seems I have lost my money, as now I cannot even get on their website!!!

Scammers no Coldplay tickets no refund now claiming to be in liquidation. Why did Coldplay official site use them for pre booking surely that can’t be right.

‘Bought’ 4 Coldplay tickets. When it was clear they wernt going to be able to get them I emailed for a refund. They responded and confirmed I would get a full refund within in 14 working days, day 15 no money so emailed again and the response was due to Covid things were taking longer than usual and the refund would arrive within 45 working days, from this point all emails to them were ignored. I went to my credit card company and thankfully they took the case on and have given me a full refund.

Absolute SCAM. I have paid for my tickets a year ago, tickets never arrived, been trying to get hold of them online, via facebook, instagram - absolutely nothing... so gutted and so annoyed that people like this can just get away of stealing peoples money... DO NOT USE

No refund for tickets bought for Coldplay. Requested a refund and said we would get it in 45days. Have not received so now contacting credit card company. Please do not use this company. It is a con and poor form for Coldplay to advertise them

You haven't gotten my Coldplay tickets. I have canceled my purchase and you have not returned my money for the tickets. You do not answer my complaint emails. What kind of work do you do?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I’ve had to get a refund via chargeback on my credit card because they couldn’t secure my Coldplay tickets. They said they would refund me within 15 working days (when their website says 14 days in this instance)… and couldn’t even meet that. Now they emailed to say it will take up to 45 working days, they have a large pandemic backlog etc and they don’t want a bad review from me. Well they are getting it anyway - they cannot be trusted!

Guys please don't use this company for tickets your just asking for disappointment.

This is the WORST agent ever!! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing my tickets via them. No Telephone number, don't work weekends, and I don't even think there is a HUMAN working at this company.

No one reverts to your queries - and I suspect will not even offer a change or refund. Please DO NOT USE THEM!!

If I could give zero I would. Total con artists. Have taken my money but apparently cannot get concert tickets for the date requested. So far refusing refund. No customer care. No telephone line, just an email address to a company in France. I've now referred matter to credit card company to sort. Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agree with every other review on here, complete con, scam, no customer service, no contact numbers, no answer to messages, poor service, avoid at all costs.

I think it is a scam , booked and paid for London Grammar concert Notts, tickets not arrived, concert is next week. Emailed 2 times no answer. DO NOT USE . They have a Facebook account tried messages , no answer. Going to claim from credit company my money back today. They are a complete waste of time. I probably will miss the concert now as it so late to get tickets elsewhere.

One star as no option to give 0. Absolute scam do not use. My partner paid double what he should have for a birthday treat for me to London Grammar in Nottingham on 2nd November £154 for 2 standing tickets in Apri. Tried to cancel after booking but received an email reassuring him that it was legitimate and sent him what looked like a booking confirmation from SeeTickets. Shock it turns out out this was fake. Booking number and my partners details not recognised. Impossible to contact anyone from Live Bokker or Seetickets. Avoid unless you want to be ripped off
