I ordered a dress for my granddaughter…

I ordered a dress for my granddaughter which was 44% off in the sale. It came yesterday and is cheap and nasty , all made from polyester. As it was ‘originally’ £26.99 - I expected it to be good quality. Lesson learned.

Worst Customer Service

Update: I'm not sure how costumes that were never worn and returned in original packaging can be unsaleable.

Worst Customer Service
I ordered three items for Little Fashion, returned two as they were too big for my children.
I have had to chase for my refund and then even when they sent the refund they refunded the wrong item and not the two items that were returned.
I've never had to chase for a refund before let alone have the wrong item refunded.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the return process.
To clarify, the refund issued was a partial refund for the two returned costumes. Upon arrival at our warehouse, it was found that the items were not in their original packaging and had been damaged during transit due to insecure packing.
While our policy requires items to be in "as-new" condition for a full refund, we issued a £17.99 credit as a gesture of goodwill because we value your custom. We understand the confusion regarding the amount, but this was a partial reimbursement rather than an error in item selection.
We take pride in the quality of our clothing and toys, and these standards allow us to keep providing the best for our customers.

I bought a toy cars for a birthday…

I bought a toy cars for a birthday present. When the items arrived it seemed the item was not brand new as It's not even boxed so it's like giving a used toys for a gift. Not happy.

Chinese company, NOT UK!

My response to the reply...

It was marked as delivered because the evri driver said it was but it never arrived but I think that was an evri problem, not little fashion but it definitely came from china.

You would assume that this company is based in the UK with it's .co.uk website... You'd be wrong. China!!

I ordered a Spiderman outfit, expecting it be a few days max delivery. Nearly a week in and I still waiting. There is tracking and it's arrived in the UK but this is way too slow.

Not sure what the product will be like but I hope it's good and I don't have to try and get a different size.

The whole process could take weeks or months.

The website looks great but the site reviews are all dodgy. Same photo background with different names. Won't be ordering from them again!!!
