They are not reliable at all do not buy anything
My experience has been negative. I want to pass this information on to you to avoid getting ripped off. I have purchased several batteries from them of the EVE brand. They are of poor quality. After a few months, several cells stop working. When they sell them to you, they tell you there is a 3-year warranty, but then they don't last. They have replaced some of them with other, more defective products. I have compared them with other identical products purchased from other suppliers. I have never had any problems. Their products stop working. Even the BMS they sell you has defective software and creates blocks (Deligreencs brand) that cannot be resolved. In short, you get ripped off. When there are problems, they no longer respond to you, which is typical of the Chinese, and they don't issue EU invoices.
