CANNOT GET THRU

I Would like to know how people are getting thru on telephones three calls again today, left number to call back on, but no response again, my wife is on a cancer journey as well, and the anxiety to speak to somebody is very hard.

I ask Trustpilot, to phone this company on their various numbers to see if you can get thru. Because 3 x calls recorded, where Link cut you off.

You have sent letter potentially threatening court action, bring it on, NOTE, I WILL TRANSFER TO MY LOCAL COURT IN MY DEFENSE. You will have a long drive.

Impossible to speak to anyone on phone…

Impossible to speak to anyone on phone it just goes to vouce mail and they never return your calls or respond to emails. I have 3 accounts with them for credit cards totalling aprox £3000 i managed to agree settlement figures on the 3 accounts with a small discount if i paid in full, i paid the amounts requsted last week for aprrox £2600 when i log in online my accounts show i still owe money and they havent been settled , as i said earlier i cant contact anyone from link fiancial to see whats going on. Not sure why they have a phone numbrr tbh if they dont answer calls or return calls when you leave voice mails. If anyone from link managment reads this review please try phoning link fiancial yourself and see if you can get through to speak to a link repersentative nightmare to try and get through

so far completely ignored

So far I have left 5 voicemails and sent 6 emails to both the info and complaints mailbox and had no reply to anyone. I am trying to get help with a case of identity theft that is affecting my credit score, all agencies I have spoke to, have said it needs to be the debt management company. Please can somebody help !

Impossible to get in contact with!

I have received a letter from Link, have tried numerous times to get in contact with them and they are impossible to get hold of! How can people come to agreements if they are impossible to contact! It's appalling

Poor Communication

I have tried on numerous occasions to contact this company by phone, and after been put on hold for up to 45 minutes at a time, they then hang up on me. I am happy to come to some sort of agreement however if communication is difficult or non-existent how can I find a solution to the issue. Very unprofessional

ZERO POWER WHATSOEVER

Yet another Company that try to get paid from Debts that are not legally enforceable. They buy old debts then try to harass people into paying them

Companies like this have ZERO POWER. Never admit liability to any debt they chase. Never give them any personal data, No name, No address, Nothing

Communicate only via Email and ask them for 3 Documents

1) The Deeds of Assignment
2) An up to date statement showing all payments made to the Account within the last 6 years
3) A signed True Original Copy of the Agreement

Without this information which they are legally required to provide the debt is not enforceable.

Debt collectors have ZERO LEGAL STANDING OR POWER ! They cannot do anything unless they have a High Court Writ. Any documentation they provide on the doorstep must have a WET SIGNATURE SIGNED BY A JUDGE THAT DAY

If they have not got that laugh at them. You do not have to speak to them or open the door to them. They can send as many letters as they want, don’t respond. They must adhere to set regulations. They cannot constantly call you. You tell them what hours you are available and then it’s up to you to decide to answer the phone.

I am fed up of these parasites chasing people and harassing people for debts that are not legally enforceable.

I have nothing but issues with this company, emailed them 3rd April and three times since this date using 4 different email. They have chosen to ignore me. This has also happened several times before. They do not want to help

Good visitor who realised that because of my throat cancer and no VOLUME in voice I'd made all possible to make contact with Lloyds bank. The agent who called at my house was understanding and professional. He will tell you agreement was sorted immediately. Perhaps Lloyds bank will take lessons from you about employee service training. Worst company ever

Worst company ever, never answer the phone, wrote to me saying I have not paid and broke my agreement! That's funny, I dont have an agreement with them.. maybe that why.. hopefully they take me to court :) I can have fun with them then

Honestly this company are the worst

Honestly this company are the worst. I continually have to chase them. No one answers the phone or gets back to you. I can’t wait to pay off this settlement (that’s why I’m trying to speak to someone) and be done with them. Awful

SHAMBLES of a company - IMPOSSIBLE to contact

Absolute SHAMBLES of a company. I received 2 letters asking me to register 2 accounts online and it will simply not accept my details to allow me to do this - every time I receive a "Self Service Portal Signup Unsuccessful" email but I'm inputting my correct information (date of birth and postcode etc so the error must be with the data their end, I've even tried inputting the postcode in different formats with/without the space etc in my desperation to rectify this myself due to their lack of response/lack of customer service). I have emailed THREE times, in the last 20 days, since receiving the initial letters, all emails have gone unanswered. I also raised an official complaint 5 working days ago which also hasn't prompted a reply to any of my emails.

Complete con of a company, I think they want people to default to add charges and send threatening letters. I've been trying to sort this since 3rd April to ensure it was sorted for a payment to be made this month and they are just IMPOSSIBLE to contact.

I hope this review prompts someone to reply to at least one of my emails - I don't think it's asking much for them to allow me to register my accounts as requested, to then be able to self-serve, and also for them to confirm receipt of 2 payments made to my old provider between the debt being passed to Link and me receiving the letter about this. I want a resolution IN WRITING as I wouldn't trust anything they say verbally given how they appear to operate. My next steps will be a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman if they do not respond to my official complaint.
