Sunglasses are ridiculously small, if hardly fits in my face, looks like children size (and I have a normal women's head size).
I contacted them to get the instructions to return and get a refund - their Whatsapp doesn't exist and no answer per Email. A TOTAL scam, be aware!

I saw a range of Leziff sunglasses in a shop in Naples. I thought the designs were good and that the price was. I proceeded to order a pair online. Ordering and paying went seamlessly, and the product arrived within a few days. However, I wasn't quite happy with the design I chose and wanted to exchange them for another pair. And now, this is where the brand utterly disappointed me. There is no way to return the order via the website. There is a page on 'Returns' under the Help section of the site, but the links/information and process outlined in the process does not exist on the site. The help page refers to links that are just not there. I then reached out to customer service via the contact form on the Leziff site, within the 14 day return period, but never heard anything from the brand. I am now stuck with a pair of sunglasses I don't want and won't buy from this brand again. I also stopped following them on Instagram because of their bad customer service.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses, got my order confirmation, got a GLS tracking number, nothing happened. Contacted the shop owner, who told me the shipping has already started. Well it hasn't. Basically, the guy has printed out the GLS sticker to get the tracking number, but never gave the parcel to GLS for shipping. Mr smarty pants. Tried to contact him a couple of times since – no reply. Opened a buyers protection case on Paypal to get my money back. F'd up thing that didn't happen to me in a looooong while.

A causa di un errore da parte del corriere non ho mai ricevuto gli occhiali.
Dopo aver richiesto più volte un loro sollecito all’incaricato della consegna, quale GLS, sono completamente spariti.
Servizio deludente e io ci rimetto 70€.

Dovevo comprare 3/4 paia di occhiali da sole, ho chiesto così info tramite istagram e tramite whatsapp.
Nessuno mi ha mai risposto.

Infatti leggendo le altre recensioni c'era scritta quasi la stessa cosa,
non rispondono per qualsiasi
"problema e/o inconveniente"..
a me direttamente dall'inizio ahahha

Sono rimasto meravigliato dalla qualità dell'occhiale,veramente ottimo.Spedizione velocissima!

Ho comprato un paio di occhiali colorado 2.0, super particolari. Dalle foto non si capisce quanto i materiali siano di ottima qualità, già al tatto si riesce a percepire la robustezza del prodotto. In più ho ricevuto molti complimenti, è difficile trovare qualcosa di così originale e fatto bene in giro. Anche il porta occhiali di cuoio inciso è ottimo e resistente. Posso solo dire soldi ben spesi.

E il 3 paio di occhiali qualità eccellente indistruttibili, ho avuto un problema con il 3 occhiale me l hanno cambiato dopo 1 mese servizio ottimo consiglio
