The order process was fairly straightforward, and discount code went through easily. The initial order was a breeze. However, once I received my order and the special "Rewards Points" now that was a different thing all together! As I could not get the Rewards Points code to process through. I tried on three separate occasions, and just became more frustrated and gave up.

Levenger has unique and wonderful products. The customer service and rewards are wonderful, too !

I have been a Levenger customer for many years. As I tend to use the same products that fit into the wood stands that I have for my calendar and note cards I most recently purchased the 3 x 5 notepads. The quality of the paper of these notepads is superior. I spoke to an agent to make sure that I was ordering the correct product as on my own I had ordered a larger notepad.

The rollerball pens feather which is a shame for how much they charge. I ordered two of the same fountain pens with a Fine nib. One writes with the thickness of a Medium nib ( I compared it to the Medium nib they sell) even though it is labeled "F" on the nib itself. Unsure why they are inconsistent. Reached out to customer service, they have not replied to my inquiry. I wish they had better quality, consistency and customer service, especially at the prices they charge. The one pen I have that actually writes as it should is a good pen though.

Items arrived on time, were well packaged and the pencase was well crafted.

Quality products fitting the purpose for which I imagined them.

Been shopping at Levengers early on.still have many of their products that r no longer available but have lasted into retirement! This applies to desk accessories, leather goods & pens. Only wish Levenger would carry a matching mechanical pen pencil as part of their pens.

Quality products with quick delivery.

I love Levenger products. They are high quality and the leather is soft and luxurious. I am a notebook addict and nothing beats the convenience of the Circa system! I plan to continue using their products for years to come.

I have not received my purchase. Nor have I received a tracking notice.

If this is the USPS, I have had several of the same experiences with others using USPS since early this year.

It has never appeared on USPS smart delivery as delivered or expect.

I really like the notepad I purchased and delivery was actually a little sooner than expected.

Products are arriving a little more quickly in the mail which is nice. And, most of the products are high quality. I love these Italian leather journals (I've got all the colors now). The only complaint I have with Levenger is that products are pricey. Can't always get what I would like to.

I absolutely LOVE their products! Especially the stationary. I love most of their pens too. I tend to purchase their fountain pens. I wait for the sales. The rollerball and gel pens are excellent quality as well. They have a variety of designs and themes. CS is amazing also.

There was a minor hiccup with my original order of a phone wallet with shoulder strap. Levenger replaced the entire wallet. It's a really nice leather and a perfect size for travel. Would not hesitate to purchase again from Levenger.

The website is easy to navigate. I always love the quality of your products, especially the paper.

Always looking for an opportunity to purchase Levenger products, especially when they are on sale! Quality is always right there, have never had problems with delivery. Love shopping at Levenger!

Delivery fast and accurate. Useful and mobile. Easy to store when not in use, and rather easy to assemble. I have two of them.

Customer service was very helpful and my order arrived well-packaged. I’m very happy with the Cubi piece I ordered and only wish the Cubi riser had not been discontinued. (also, Jeeves. Pls bring it back 😊)
