Well,We have been living in this flat…
Well,We have been living in this flat two and half years.We moved in just about two months after my wife passed away.The only bad experience was that we already had two incidents within this two year. First incident was our kitchen roof came and the last one that happened was our kitchen unit.And during the time of the two incident ur company's respond was poor.And is just because of God's grace and mercy upon my family,that's why no one was injured.Meanwhile apart from that two incident we don't have any other problem living here.And we re trying our best in keeping the house clean.And I know fully well that is not Zak fault,he is doing his best he can to make sure we re ok.He always come to check if everything is going OK. Thanks and I wish you guys all the best.

I was living in my temporary…
I was living in my temporary accommodation for nine years managed by lettings International. My housing manager was shiraz. I was extremely happy with the service and support he provided for me, my son especially as he has learning difficulties and autism. Shiraz was very understanding and supported in every way that he could when there were issues in the property Always on time for appointments and visits to the property, checking regularly what needed urgent attention. Responded to phone calls and messages whenever I made contact and unable to reach him when he was busy. I will miss shiraz dearly he was the best housing officer anybody could ever wish for.
