Horrible website, stuff I have deleted is still on website. I don't know if the app is any better.

This app sucks! Scammers all over, offering to pay with a certified check. Try uploading more than 1 photo and organizing them. Worst app I've ever used.

No real buyers. Only receive messages from unverified users, in different states, with no picture and the most generic names. This app is an absolute joke. Good luck selling your stuff here

This is the most frustrating website I have ever used. Can not log in. Can not create an account. You can not contact anyone at Letgo. Links do not work within the site. What a shame. What a waist of time. People should not be allowed to run sites like this The owners should be fined for such gross negligence. You guys are giving the internet a bad name. Shame on you....

Worst selling app I’ve ever had. I was selling a pair of shorts and had a man tell me “I’ll give you 50 if you ejuculate in them.” I said no and told him not to text me again and he proceeds to ask “do you masterbate?” I immediately reported him and I come back on letgo an hour later and my account is now under review. I did absolutely NOTHING wrong. My account has been under review for 3 days now and if it lets me back in, I will be deleting everything on there and deleting the app. There’s so many creepy people on there for one, I can never find people to buy or sell to in my area and I’m constantly getting refered to towns that are hours away. Customer service sucks, they never respond and the app is just terrible overall. Do not install letgo.

so far i’ve had horrible luck with letgo, i get people that don’t even live in the same state and sayin there out of the country on work but can send a certified check......this is the biggest scam site i’ve ever seen. my wife and i actually got robbed from meeting up with someone that wanted to buy her iphone. or people say there interested and then i never hear from them again. this is by far the WORST selling site i’ve ever used and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE 🤬🤬🤬🤬

DO NOT use this website to sell products! If you pay $3.99 to feature your items, your bank will charge you a $.12 "international fee" in addition to the $3.99. Why Because Letgo headquartes is in Barcelona, Spain and they process your payment using a foreign platform. While it is only $.12, i work hard for my money and there is NO disclosure on their website about these fees! My bank will not refund me the fees because they say these fees were charged because the money was charged in Spain, not the US.

I posted an iPhone for $50 (first time I used the site). Got three replies. One asked questions that were clearly answered in the description, so just a troll. One said she was a 12 year old who had broken her phone and could I give it to her for free? Sure, but I'm the queen of England and need the money for a new tiara, so no. The third was a skeeve who proceeded to tell me his sex fantasy. So basically, the site is worthless. I can't see any reason to use it over Craigslist. I exited.

This garbage needs to be shut down now. Half of the items are so clearly stolen. One guy just happens to have eight FireTV sticks for $40 each! Hmm, that's about the right amount to fill your backpack at the best buy. This encourages thieves of all sorts. This needs consumer protection just like that dealdash scam hot mess.

Let go doesn't even deserve one star at all. They allow for unverified sellers to put up sales to set up buyers making it extra easy to get robbed. I personally recommend to not get an account or sale anything on Let Go. It almost costed me my life for buying a PS4 controller. I drove 1 hour away just to be set up and robbed for my money. I have reported Marcus Leme as a robber on the let go appliancation and at the Baytown Police department but of course no response from Let go. On the contrary, of course Marcus Leme is still selling the same item continuously robbing more people. This is unacceptable, and Let Go should be shut down.

What a joke!!! If it isn’t someone 1200 miles away asking if it’s still available it’s I’ve been favorited on a items 18 times by different people. I think most people on here won’t buy anything unless you’re almost giving it away. Don’t waste your time paying to feature a item either unless you want to be favorited more. Yard sale mentality on here!!! I bet if I put a $1000 tv on there for $50 bucks they would be beating my door down. Not going to give it away!! It’s insulting how some people think than can get something for practically nothing. Lastly, how many times do people ask is it still available and then nothing. Don’t waste my time asking if you’re not interested. It’s on there people, ITS AVAILABLE!!

I watch the commercial on tv and thought, wow, I will do that. What a disappointment. The site is not user friendly, i keep going around and around to see if there are any inquiries on my stuff.Nothing so far, I THINK. I do get people favoring my item but thats how far it goes; nothing further. Not sure I will keep using Letgo.

Just like many here people want to know if it's available. I respond yes many times I don't hear back from them. If they do respond back they want to know where they could pick item up or purchase item. I give them the choice of place or location. We agree but no one ever shows up. It has happened too many times. I'm done with let go. Better off doing a yard sale at home. Or I just might try another online selling app. I really don't know which one would actually show me good results. I do have àn eBay account but tell you the truth shipping has gone up so much people don't want to pay shipping prices. But that's another review.

There are some legit good deals but people refuse to answer when you are actually interested or they lie through their teeth about the condition. Here are a few selling tips from someone who works for a company that partners with eBay.
1. If someone is asking if it's still available, answer them even if it's unavailable. It's poor form to ignore buyers.
2. You can check accounts and see who is legit and who's not. Make sure they have a solid history.
3. If someone is setting up a time to see what you're selling, respond even if it's been sold. Not only is it rude to ignore people but oftentimes buyers regard sellers who refuse to respond as irresponsible and dishonest.
4. Take plenty of good color pictures with a detailed description. Make sure your keywords are correctly spelled.
5. Be honest. Make sure to accurately describe gouges, scratches, wiring issues etc, "needs minor repairs" could mean wasted time and money for the buyer.
Remember, this is the Internet and your reputation as an individual could be considered. Bad news travels quickly. I say this from experience as a buyer and a seller. People are crazy and acting rudely or trying to scam them can put you in a bad situation. Just be careful and act like you want to sell your items.

the only response i get is "Is this still available". If i repsond or don't respond there's never a response. Therefore SPAM!! NOT WORTH POSTING ON THIS SITE. I'LL STICK WITH CRAIGSLIST AS I ALREADY KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT.

Ok so I’ve been using letgo for a couple of months. I’ve sold one item so far. A guy drove 5 hours to pick up my furniture. Other than that , i get ppl asking me the same questions. “ is it still available “ ? “ or try negotiating it. Quite strange! Like why waste your time asking if it’s available , submit an offer and disappear once you accept their offer . Communication is pretty weak. Mostly everyone on here is in their own world or ADD. They can’t hold up a conversation and will want your furniture for nothing. Even if you accept their weak offer they stop responding. Real waste of time. But on the positive note : I’m not getting scammers like offer up. I get tons of scammers on offer up.

This site sucks! Do not waste your time. The people that are saying they are interested are not real!!

Been a member of this service for over a year and everything I listed always ended up selling on CraigsList; EVERY LetGo buyer will plea a counteroffer as little as 15%(!) of what the goods were sold for. Unless you're a thief trying to make a quick buck on hot merchandise I really wouldn't use this platform to sell stuff. The "Block" feature sure comes in handy for the cheapskates who can't take "no" for an answer.
