Leisure Range Cookers Bewertungen

I would have given you 0 stars if that option was available
I purchased your cooker with the belief it would be fitted by a gas safe engineer and adapted to lpg gas
I was informed on delivery that installation was not possible in my areas and there was no lpg conversion kit provided
After numerous attempts with your parts department I now have the kit which I had to purchase separately and desperately await a gas safe engineer to come and fit my cooker after purchase on 14 th September
At this rate the warranty will be out of date before it’s fitted
I’m absolutely sickened by the whole experience

Very happy. Even heat distribution in both 0ven. Grill fantastic and warming drawer is perfect for bread. A real Bakers Oven 5 star.

The guys we friendly polite and on time

The cooker seems well made, relatively easy to use and works well. So the essentials are all good. More negative points are that the cooker timer could be a bit louder and the procedure for registering the 10 year parts guarantee has proved frustrating. Overall we are pleased with the cooker.

I had a rangemaster previously, never had any issues.
I am very disappointed with my new one, very noisy, from day one the lid never stayed up, 6 engineere call outs have still not resolved the issue, had new springs, brackets and lid, still not working properly, now waiting for new parts again.

Not had the cooker long but so far all good. Wasn't convinced we needed a twin oven model but am now glad we went for one . Have had a Leisure cooker before which lasted nearly 15 years, hopefully this one will do the same.

The cooker has 4 ovens which is ideal as a busy mom I batch cook so very convienent

Lovely piece of equipment for a family home. Delivery men very polite and helpful

Cooker is great only one point the grill only has two height levels so either really close or far away from burners.

It's a really nice good quality cooker and works well

Fantastic service, price and product. We we were extremely well informed throughout our order and delivery and the product is excellent and very well priced. Thank you

We inherited an old leisure range when we moved . Had no hesitation to replace it with another . So good looking and works beautifully. Pride of my kitchen . You did great . Thank you

I like the cooker, it's looks really nice, easy to use, don't like the warming oven, it looks like it's been forgotten about, also when putting on the splashback at the back of the cooker there were no holes to screw it into , would have thought those would have been done in manufacturing, but overall for the price I'm pleased.

the cooker is fine but they did not send lpg conversion kit despite repeated chasing, were rude and unhelpful on the phone - happily I got a kit of Amazon that AO, who I bought the cooker from, repaid without question12/10 of AO, 2 out of 10 for Leisure - their useless customer service meant I was without a cooker for 2 weeks ( kit still hasn't arrived btw, now 5 weeks on)

vey helpful all through the process

Good construction and not too bed to fit.

Very easy to work and the lay out of the cooker fantastic

This is a great looking cooker. Very easy to use and just excellent. Great value for money.

I’m happy with my new Leisure cooker and if it lasts as long as my old one I won’t have any complaints, it never went wrong in sixteen years, this is why I’ve purchased another one . It’s early days fingers crossed it will give me the same results.
