⚠️ Scam / dishonest company
This company sent me on a trip that took about three hours of driving, promising payment. I arrived as instructed and did everything required, but I was never paid.
After that, they stopped responding completely.
Total scam. Wasted my time and money. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

We received a notice from Delaware asking to send additional tax information. They did not notify us about it, and we had to pay penalties for late filing. When I reached out they just said that it's my responsibility to stay on top of communications, not theirs.

Nothing but regret using this service. It’s beyond shady. There are countless other companies that offer transparent pricing and free filing options, yet this company has been a nightmare. They demand hidden fees, overcharge, and then try to claim additional fees later. The service is atrocious, and I regret wasting my time and money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.

I placed an order to dissolve my company, ProspectEdge, Inc., on December 27th, 2024, providing all the necessary information upfront. Despite this, their team waited until December 31st to contact me for additional details, knowing full well it was a holiday and I would likely be unavailable. This unacceptable delay has now pushed the dissolution into 2025, and they have the audacity to try and charge me fees for the new year!

This is a clear case of poor customer service and a blatant disregard for my time and money. I will be disputing any charges incurred due to their incompetence. If you're looking for a reliable and responsive company to handle your legal filings, steer clear of this one!

My experience with this service through the Stripe Atlas deal was disappointing. There was a lack of transparency around pricing, with responses that misled about costs for basic services. Additionally, procedures were poorly explained, leaving key details unclear.

Avoid at all cost.

They have terrible price transparency.

I used Stripe which subcontracted to LegalInc. LegalInc did not inform me of required actions and charged me thousands of dollars to remedy the situation.

Then when closing the company, they charged me literally thousands, dispite only quoting me a few hundred. Every few weeks they would add hundreds more until it reached into the thousands, and then more thousands.

This all stemmed from their poor communication and opaque fee structure. I would never use again.

Looks like another scam site. If you form a LLC via incfile they will list legalinc.com as the statutory agent with the state. However the 800 number on their website is no longer active and the address provided on the registration is a building in town that was torn down. Please avoid incfile.com and legalinc.com.

Update - They responded to me. Apparently there is a "bug" in the state of AZ system that switched their address making all companies they represent as "Pending Inactive" in the state. The 800 number won't work if you are calling from a Google Voice number. As soon as they resolve this issue I will provide another update.
