We ordered 3 panels early December which were shipped by LED Panel Store the very next morning via DX. Unfortunately the service provided by DX was terrible and we didn't end up receiving the panels until just before Christmas and 2 were damaged.

After contacting Dave at LED Panel Store he sorted this for us straightaway (despite being shut for Christmas) and arranged both a refund and shipment of replacement panels which arrived straight after Christmas. Fantastic customer service.

I had some questions about which lighting to get and the customer service (Marc Edgar) responded promptly. Marc was very helpful and knowledgeable about lightings in general. After telling him my requirements, he helped me find one that hopefully will suit my needs.

I've had my LED Panels for nearly 5 years. During this time I had a LED Driver fail (its not uncommon) and the LED Panel Store replaced it immediatly. I have just had another two drivers fail. David in customer services organised a replacement immediatly and include a further spare for my fouth panel incase I should have another failure. Excellent service

Had a great experience with LED Panel Store (ledpanelstore.co.uk). We had our house extended with a large art studio / art teaching space, which needed to be lit very well. The initial purchase (5 panels and surface mounting kits) from these guys went very well, except a driver was missing. Quick phone call from me and they sent me one out with express delivery. Electrician had no problems installing them and they're great! So far so good.

Fast forward several weeks and my wife decides she wants them dimmable after all. And from here the customer service was really excellent. The electrician was long gone so I decided to change the drivers myself, and I got top-notch advice from Marc in the team who answered all my questions patiently and even took a photo to show me how to undo the mounting panel connectors, and explained in detail how to pair up the dimmers so they'd run off a single remote. Thanks Marc and team, I have a happy wife now and that's something you can't put a price on!

Been buying from this site for a while now, they have always been reliable up until now. Panel delivered with damage. Diffuser had patch missing and a bright spot, you don't see it until you turn it on.

Update: customer service got back to me the next day, they are shipping a replacement panel and frame clips just in case they get broken when swapping out the panel. So in the end still my favourite LED panel supplier.
