Scam!! Never received the goods and credit card company says there are insufficant funds in the company to get a refund. Website is still operating, it should be shut down.

This is a total scam. Agree with all previous reviews...paid for downlights and nothing turned up. They do not answer calls. I cancelled the order as it did not arrive and still no refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Wish I'd read reviews before using this horrendous company.

Wish I had consulted Trustpilot. Just spent £40 on lights - nothing has come and they will not answer email or phone. I have learnt a lesson! Will try and get my money back from the credit card company !

customer service is shocking, lie after lie on the help chat avoid at all costs

1 star is far too much. Appalling service - complete rip-off. There should be a way of shutting this sort of site down.

DO NOT USED - Take your money - Do not Deliver. Do not reply. Give false information on Chat line, if you can get a response.

ONE STAR IS TO MUCH FOR THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE RUBISH!!! THEY TAKING MONEY AND NOT SENDING ITEMS!!! EVEN MORE - THEY NOT PICKING THE PHONE EVEN IF I HOLD HOUR!!! DO NOT BUY AND AVOID AVOID AVOID - RUBISH!!!!

I have been ripped off £86.10 only now reading the reviews about this fraudulent company. Persuing Nochex for return of payment.

This company is a total cheat!
They have taken full money off me for lights that they have not sent despite repeated reminders. There is no one to pick up the phone and they will not respond to repeated emails. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Sent me the wrong lights and the glass lens missing on some of the lights.

Tried sending emails - NO RESPONSE
Tried contacting through my orders on their website - NO RESPONSE
Left voicemail as no one picks up the phone - NO RESPONSE

Finally got through to the same guy twice who just makes an excuse, puts you on hold and then cuts you off!

This site is a scam - AVOID

They are very proficient at taking your money but sadly the same cannot be said about the rest of the process!
After a month of not receiving anything and not being able to speak to anybody I decided to cancel my order and get my money back.
I cancelled the order TWO months ago and I'm still waiting for my money!
DO NOT USE THIS 'COMPANY'.

They take your money and if there is a problem with the order.....they dont want to know.

I agree with all that is said about the reliance of this company I have had several lights fail and not one returned email, telephone number has been withdrawn go to a reputable electrical wholesalers, it has been just over a year and I am now looking to replace all lights in the bathroom
Avoid like the plague

bought 4 down lights, 1 failed after 4 months. Said 5 year warranty but I've sent numerous emails, tried to live chat with them and no phone number to phone on. No reply!
Stay well away from this company as I need to source a new light from somewhere else. AVOID!!!

I have bought a few products online in may 2014 and didnt recieve 3 items in post. When called and contacted, was promised to send them in 14 days. Since then, i have made several calls and messages but still havent recieved them(nov 2014).
They have now even taken away their contact telephone number making it even harder to contact them.

Out of an order of 22 GU10 LED units, 6 have already failed after less than one year. Upon trying to return faulty items was instructed to supply Credit card details from which Led lights.uk.com would take £2.95 for the return of EACH item. Note that to return the 6 faulty items would cost only £2.88 small parcel rate. Subsequent attempts to contact this company by Email have failed and the supplied telephone number listed on my invoice belongs to another company. Unfortunately a company that must be avoided at all costs. I will just have to obtain replacements from another source

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY you will buy a item it will then fail and they will respond to your emails. You will be out of pocket and need to replace the item from another company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

All the above does not surprise me. Avoid at all costs. I had a faulty light and cannot contact anyone and no response to emails.

Bought three LED down lights delivery was very slow when eventually they did arrive quality was not good . Fitted the lights and everything was fine for three months then within 2 days the transformers for all three lights blew up ! Very dangerous and now cannot contact the company at all phone disconnected and no response from e mail !
Please do not use the company it is obviously a sham site !
