I ordered a Star Trek jacket as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. The jacket was great, but I ordered the wrong size. Luckily, customer service responded within 24 hours and gave me several options to choose from. They also made sure I received the new one as fast as possible. I would definitely order from this company again. Thank you Walter Jr. for all of your help and your fast responses!

Don't take chances with this company
Ordered a Christmas gift from this company and their site said delivery would be in plenty of time. After not hearing from them for weeks, I emailed and we've gone back and forth (politely) a few times. Today, they said they were canceling my order. So, no Christmas gift and now it's too late to order it from anywhere else. This company is a scam. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHANCES with this company.

BUYER BEWARE, if I could give this scammer company a big fat ZERO then I would. Customer service is horrible, you can never get anyone on the phone and they would nit cancel my order even though it is still processing & has been for the last 8 days. Do not buy anything from this scamming company. Please save yourself time & money. Shop elsewhere, they are frauds.

Worst company I’ve ever worked with
Worst company I’ve ever worked with. Their customer service is terrible and a scam. If you receive a damaged item, you’re screwed. Not only do you have to pay around 150-200$ to ship it back to Pakistan , they only give you 20% partial credit for a refund. Stay far away from this scam company
