I ordered the course with the kit, which 2 months later and it still hasn’t arrived, got bare minimum response back, they respond back everyone once a month

SCAMMERS!!!!! DO NOT BUY COURSE AND FULL LASH KIT!!! JUST DONT BUY IT AT ALL!!!! They are scammers!! They don’t email you back I was only able to speak to them via instagram. I received my online course which was fab I was so excited. I then waited 10 working days like they said and I didn’t receive my full lash kit. I contacted them and they said it should have been delivered but I didn’t receive any tracking Infomation. This was supposed to be with Royal Mail. They then said they would send me it the next day. I waited and When they didn’t send tracking infomation nor message me back. I disputed it on Klarna and learn to lash told me with a dispute open they couldn’t send my kit which is bull! They told me to cancel the dispute and they would send the kit out. To which I replied and said no. 3 months later as Klarna was looking into it they asked me if I could email/ message on instagram so I contacted learn to lash again and asked them to send me out my lash kit and they Said they would send the kit. After their first message since the dispute I then managed to get them to reply to me and they said they could now send me the lash kit. I waited 2 weeks and got completely ignored no tracking was sent either. I then sent them another email saying I hadn’t received tracking and havent received the full lash kit. Still again was ignored. I then had to ring Klarna with the updated infomation and they had to do a full dive. Once speaking with multiple people I was finally able to get my full refund. If you have paid via bank please contact your bank and tell them it’s a scam and they will try their absolute best to get you your refund!!!

I bought the course a year ago, they initially told me they’ve sent the start kit I waited weeks nothing came. When I emailed about the kit they said it had been delivered but did offer to send another one out, which I did receive(not special, nothing you can’t get off Amazon for £20/30) I began the course but then had to stop due to 3 deaths in my family round the time of starting. When I picked it back up I couldn’t log onto the website they gave me to access my course. I emailed once again and they said they had changed websites and gave me a different link to go on. I can not find this email with the link anymore and I can’t access the course. I’ve emailed 5/6 times to regain access and I’ve been ignored for about 6 months now. Don’t waste your time with this company. Just look at their instagram and see how many people comment on their pics with issues and being ignored!!

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR PRETTY INSTAGRAM AND ADVERTISING POSTS- THEY ARE SCAMMING!

I purchased their online lash course and kit in March for nearly £250. After placing my order, no kit was ever sent. I contacted the company multiple times asking for an update on my order and requesting support, but every message was completely ignored.

At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept waiting for a response. As time went on and no response ever received from this company I soon realised it was a scam! I eventually had to raise a dispute through Klarna. Initially, the refund was declined because Learn to Lash provided fake shipping information to Klarna.

The most frustrating part is that the company had plenty of opportunity to respond to me (over 2 months at this point) yet they had no issue responding to Klarna dispute asap. For an online training course where ongoing support, communication, and certification are key parts of the service, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

After nearly three months of chasing the issue, I finally received a refund from Klarna, but it was a lengthy and stressful process!

When researching the company further, I noticed comments on Instagram from other customers reporting similar issues or asking for responses to messages. All of those were deleted and hidden by the company, which only increased my concerns.

DO NOT EVER BUY from Learn to Lash. Fortunately, I managed to get my money back after battling for 3 months total. This was extremely stressful for me and delayed me massively from getting started with lashing. How they can scam innocent beginners just trying to learn a new skill and create a new livelihood is disgusting!!
