STOP! before you call this company! Use C.W out of Manistee or McBain they're much better clean on time great customer service and they won't lie to you and steal your money like leading rental

We also would leave a 0 as a review. We had a order for 2 flushable VIP toilets for our backyard party. We had 70 people coming. We ordered the toilets and the lady emailed me a video of the toilets we would be getting. They were flushable with sinks and lights they were clean and didnt look luke they just picked it up at a jobsite.
First the charges werent supposed to go through until the day of delivery but they decided they were taking the fee entirely 10 days before.
The day of delivery, the evening before the party. The driver tried to deliver 2 toilets with no sinks beat up and dirty with no lights. Horrible company
Bad customer service.

If I could leave a review of 0 I would. I scheduled a rental to be placed at a property today and it was confirmed until the manager called me THE MORNING OF at 10:30 am (Anna) and stated they have now cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances. I now have a homeowner waiting at the property for this rental to be dropped off for no reason. Anna stated the woman I spoke with to confirm (Amanda) had no idea what their schedule looked like.... Okay so why does Amanda schedule your appointments? This is ridiculous and extremely unacceptable. Looking at the reviews its sad to say I'm not the only person with a terrible experience with this company and their extremely rude management. The manager Anna then proceeded to give me another companies name and kept interrupting me when i was trying to get an understanding of what has happened. She then proceeded to tell me she was just trying to help. Anna if you're seeing this you were everything except a help. A terrible manger and a terrible unorganized company.

Very poor customer service. Rude and unprofessional. Horrible quality of products. Delivery comes from out of state so any mistake cannot be remedied. You are just basically told “too bad” or “no, this is what you ordered.” Would never recommend.

Very poor and unprofessional customer service. The supervisor was very rude and interrupted me several time when discussing the matter of a standard unit that was cancelled at 7:45am in the morning. Her operator Nina advises that I would be refunded the money due to circumstances that was out of my control. Calls are recorded for quality and training purposes which I advised the supervisor to review the call. I requested for my refund as it was told to me and I verified that I would receive back. However, the so-called supervisor denied it and instead started talking about American Airlines which has nothing to do with this matter. Needless to say, the supervisor has no experience in handling calls such as these nor has any conflict resolution skills. In the contrary, instead of resolving this issue she preferred to hang up on me. I strongly recommend that the company invest in the adequate training for their operators. Do NOT was your time nor money with this company. They are NOT transparent and lie to get your service. Extremely unempathic for people and their circumstances especially during these trying times of COVID and LNU complex fires. You would think that they be willing to help and accommodate their fellow customers.

I called and ordered a porta potty and they said they would deliver it on Friday they charged me on my card and they never delivered the porta potty during this time it was my mom's repass. I was so hurt and disappointed within this service. And I really needed them during that time. Bad business. BBB

ZERO STARS....Run. Do not use company. They are scammers. I scheduled with company and than cancel after reading such bad reviews. I received a call from someone saying my card is being declined. which prompt me to look up the company name from that invoice they emailed me. thank God I was smart and used a prepaid card that I have to put money on. This company had been trying to charge my card with out me knowing. When I call the place the lady was very rude and act like she called a billing company in the 4sec I was on hold. I believed they got mad because I was step ahead of their scam and use a card that have no money or connection to my bank. RUN RUN RUN DO NOT USE THEM.

Horrible find another company this company maybe be cheap but is very unprofessional I paid for a standard Porta potty that never got delivered and I got charged for it and I called and emailed and never got an answer or reply this made my event very uncomfortable my guest had to squat or leave
The event to use the restroom!!!!!! My children Had to pee outside putting them at risk for pedophiles to get their excitement This event was planned on weekend so I couldn’t speak to anyone till Monday

The NH branch of this company delivered a porta potti to my front lawn and did not respond to daily phone calls to move it to correct location behind my house where it was supposed to be placed. To add insult to injury the credit card I gave them was never used until I gave it to them. I gave the number to this AND ONLY THIS COMPANY. It has had multiple fraudulent charges put on it since then. Steer Clear
