I had an excellent experience working with Mr. Mohammed Harris and his team. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He personally visited my home in Abu Dhabi to assess the items I planned to ship to Cape Town, South Africa, which immediately gave me confidence in the service.
On the day of packing, his team arrived right on time and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and care. They packed a total of 55 boxes, and I was especially impressed with how carefully they handled my fragile and valuable items, including electronic equipment such as my TV. The attention to detail and quality of packing were outstanding. The team was also very approachable — whenever I had questions, they provided clear and helpful answers.
Throughout the entire shipping process, Mr. Mohammed Harris remained in contact with me. He responded promptly to all my queries and made sure I was informed and reassured at every stage. In addition, the administrative teams in both Dubai and Cape Town were equally efficient and supportive, keeping me updated on timelines and delivery details.
The door-to-door service was seamless and exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, when the shipment arrived in Cape Town, and my family unpacked everything, not a single item was damaged. Receiving all 55 boxes in perfect condition truly reflects the care and professionalism of the entire team.

From start to finish, from Mohammed Haris' first visit to my home for a cost estimate (and subsequent checks) to the final delivery in the US, Leader Relocations was wonderful. All of my messages along the way were answered promptly and knowledgeably, and I was able to track the progress of my container shipment from Dubai to my US town. All of the teams with whom Leader works were top-notch as well, including those who cleared my container through US Customs to the young men who offloaded and unpacked my boxes in my new home. There were no hidden or extra costs involved at any point. I recommend Leader to colleagues in the UAE. Thank you!

Easy communication, competitive rates although a slight delay in receiving air cargo packages from Dubai to Australia.
Packages arrived intact and in same condition. I would use them again for air cargo.

they told us that they move our household items from Dubai to Vienna ,by AirCargo, very fast in 4-5 working days. but it took 34 days with a lot of headache , calling them , follow up many times , as they are not honest with you about their transport , i think they tell you AirCargo but they do by ship transport ! my packages went through Germany channel. so they didnt told me about their work how it takes.

also they Pack our households items in our apartment but after 2-3 days they told us they repack again as they need adjustment about them and i said ok. BUT when my packages arrived after one months i saw some Items are missing , 2 PS5 Controllers missed (worth around 800 AED) and some more personal items . They dont say anything about it , just saying they dont know !!

DONT TRUST IN THEIR SERVICE. i dont know how they work but at least they dont have TRANSPARENT Service. im sure if i didnt follow up my packages with a lot of messages they will do it more than 2 months or more.

⭐️ 1 star – Extremely unprofessional, costly, and stressful relocation

We relocated from Dubai to Spain using Leader Relocations (Dubai), with delivery handled in Europe by Schmidt Global (Netherlands). This experience has been one of the most stressful and disappointing services we have ever paid for.

Everything was agreed in writing, including full door-to-door service and insurance coverage. The packing team in Dubai was the only positive part of this entire process.

After packing, everything went wrong.

Our shipment was delayed by over two months beyond the agreed delivery date. We were later told this was because we had not booked a full container and needed to wait until it was filled — something that was never communicated or agreed beforehand.

When Schmidt Global contacted us saying our belongings had arrived in Europe, they demanded additional payment for storage and a larger shared truck, even though the delay was not caused by us. We were effectively told that if we did not pay, we would not receive our belongings. With two children, school already started, and winter approaching, we had no choice.

Even after paying, delivery was further delayed for weeks while they waited to combine shipments with other customers.

Upon delivery, we discovered damaged items and a missing box, which we immediately reported. At that point, both companies began passing responsibility to each other:
• Schmidt Global claimed they were “only the delivery partner”
• Leader Relocations claimed responsibility only after weeks of chasing

Eventually, Leader Relocations admitted that although we paid for insurance, they never completed the insurance paperwork, and therefore refused compensation. Their only offer was to refund the insurance fee — after our belongings were damaged and one box completely missing.

Since then, our emails have been ignored and the case has been effectively closed.

This was not just poor service — it was lack of accountability, poor communication, unexpected costs, and complete disregard for customers once payment was made.

If you are relocating internationally, especially with a family, think very carefully before trusting these companies.

I have dealt with Mr.Mohammed Haris who was amazing and very helpful with excellent experience and information, he was supportive up to the level that i forgot some stuff to hand out to the packing crew but Mr.Mohammed saved me by reaching to my house and picked it in his private car.My shippment was from United Arab Emirated to UK,door to door, it was handed out to them on 7th of November 2025 and after processing i was informed that it will reach UK seaport on 15th January 2026.Today 29th of January 2026, the stuff was received complete and intact as i handed out to them.Mr.Mohamed and his team were very punctual and skilled, they will be my destination for any future shippments as my experience with them was very satisfying.

A Very Sad Experience
For a shipment from Dubai to New Delhi which normally takes 3 weeks - it took 3 months and Saju George and his entire team were most infective and unconcerned by this even though the container was booked by them. We had to follow up with the shipping company and trace where our container was. Leader was not pro active at all.
We asked Saju George the contact details of his boss but he kept stonewalling us and never provided these as than we could give provide feedback on the low level of service.
Coming to the quality of the packing - we had specifically instructed them to double wall all the fragile items - glassware - dishes etc which was confirmed by them. On opening the cartons the majority did not have the double carton layer and we suffered damage in nearly every such carton - a glass broken in one - dinnerware in another. One feels cheated in such a case as we trusted them but they let us down in a big way.
If you are looking for a company which is pro active and you can reach the top if there is a problem them Leader Relocations is not a suitable option. If you want a run of the mill Dubai packer who is unreliable then go ahead and consider them.

Miss calculated my shipping leaving me with high bills .
Referring to his job is on the line because the extras were not paid .
(Just be aware they do not mention storage charges they literally make you believe that you’re waited for your Container to be shipped with in fact it’s still in Storage then you get a massive bill)

I want to share my horrific experience with this company to prevent anyone else from going through what I did.

At first, I was very impressed with the service when my items were packed and collected from South Wales for shipment to Dubai. Everything looked professional and efficient.

However, once my belongings went into storage, things changed completely. I was never informed about extra charges. The storage costs tripled and doubled without any prior notice, leaving me with no option but to abandon all my personal belongings and lifetime possessions.
However, I must emphasise the Container and all my goods have not been opened and I have so many smashed damage items. Everything has to be sold off cheap. I can never use them again apart from the electrical items. Very sad no respect.
This experience has been emotionally and financially devastating. I am sharing this to warn others not to use this company.

Our shift to UAE was hasslefree. The stuff was handled with utmost care and the staff was polite and careful with everything. Would recommend!

2 months after getting our container in Europe we are still waiting for the news from the insurance since they scratched 2 furniture pieces and 2 glass items arrived broken. They have asked several times about pictures and official forms, we have sent every time all the have asked for and 2 months are gone. Very bad and slow communication with them. I would not recommend this company.

We were contracted with this company to ship our goods from Dubai to Ottawa.

There was a massive delay of 3 months before we received our shipment. During this period there was no communication from the company with a reason for the delay or any response as to when it will be arriving.

Their partner company in Canada placed a financial hold on our shipment as Leaders Relocation did not pay them for their services resulting in our goods being delivered 3 weeks late.

Their team was unresponsive and provided very unprofessional communication and denied any fault.

We received the shipment with missing items and found out that during the move the company decided to repack our items without our consent to save space after we had already paid for the initially quoted volume of 35 CBM. Their Canadian partners only received 28 CBM.

This resulted in our items being repacked with improper care and handling, leading them to incur massive damage, with most of the furniture scratched and several broken. They have not issued an apology and refuse to provide any form of compensation for the damages. Please save your time, effort and money and contract another company.

An absolute joke. Avoid like the plague
