If I could give minus stars I would. Awful company. They failed to send me the fine within 14 days so 4 months had passed before I heard from their solicitors chasing me. LDK refuse to acknowledge they never actually sent the letter and refuse to cancel the charge. They are also refusing to give proof they sent the letter, they are telling me to go to the debt collector to ask for this - ridiculous. Carly refused to accept my complaint and she seems to be the administrator, complaint handler, escalation manager, very busy lady juggling all those jobs, there’s never anyone else working. LDK’s director also refuses to help and directs me back to his office where you guessed it… it’s just Carly! She’s rude and told me I was wasting her time as I’m just going round in circles. Unprofessional joke of a company. Robbing bastards.

Ever parked somewhere, paid but made a keying error and this company sends the heavy boys round? The car park I entered had no cash machine and IO had to pay via a telephone number which I texted my details. I have the screenshots on my phone to say I've paid plus I think I sent them a screenshot of the transaction from my bank account. They have asked me to go into some parking app to get the receipt but I didn't pay this way. BPA complaint outgoing next because I'm not paying any £170 fine when I paid for two hours and only stayed one hour. Oh and now they are saying I didn't pay within five minutes. Which is it?
