I am one of the many owners she has conned out of money, goes by the name Louise Edwards or Moss. Local police are now aware of her, but we think she is now living back in the UK. If you look on companies house you will see her company has been struck off the register. You will see a UK address where she may well be now living. Perhaps all us owners should get together and take joint action. any potential renters don't go near her with whatever company she tries to start

Apparemment je ne suis pas le seul à être escroqué par cette agence et Madame Louise Edwards.
J’ai loué une maison à El Campello ( Espagne) du 22/07/2023 au 03/08/2023.
Ma surprise fut grande une fois sur place, ce n’est pas la même maison que j’avais réservé et payé, pas le même confort ni prestations.
J’ai contacté Mme Edwards , sans succès, prétextant que sa fille est hospitalisée entre la vie et mort, avec des réponses par message ( quelle mere aurait répondu si son enfant aurait été dans cette situation !!!), après insistance et grâce à la femme de ménage, Madame Louise Edwards, m’a remboursé 600€ en compensation des prestations manquantes et de l’arnaque subie.
La maison qu’on avait loué, était déjà loué par un couple d’Anglais via un autre site.
À ce jour, elle nous a jamais remboursé notre caution de 400€, malgré mes différentes relances et appels, sans aucune réponse.
Un conseil, ne louer jamais chez cette dame , c’est une escroc de premier plan.
Faites attention à cette agence et sa représentante, ne jamais louer chez eux, vous risquez de gâchez vos vacances.

J'avais loué une villa du 19 août au 2 septembre 2023 via l'agence LCM villa et quand je suis arrivée dans la villa, il y avait déjà une famille. Impossible de joindre l'agence, du coup j'ai du louer une autre maison sur place et j'ai perdu 4000 euros.
Après avoir effectué des recherches , il s'avère que cette agence ne travaillait plus avec le propriétaire de la maison qu'on a loué depuis octobre 2022.
J'ai porté plainte contre cette agence afin de la dénoncer.
Si vous avez vécu une situation similaire, n'hésitez pas a porter plainte contre cette agence et Madame Louise Edwards qui est une escroc.

Once again I would like to WARN people not to use LCM villas run by Louise Moss/Edwards as she is a con artist and scamming innocent people out of they’re money.
I am the owner of Villa Linden which she is advertising on her site fraudulently, as after her behaviour I informed her we could no longer work with her BUT she still took monies from a group of young French students and promised to meet them at my villa knowing she no longer had access and obviously no intention of turning up! They were left stranded as we had changed the locks and returned to England, luckily another agent was able to assist them and relocate them to another property which she did off her own back spending four hours with these youngsters who were mortified!!
I know I have other booking in September and October but no way of informing the guests that we no longer work with LCM villas or any other name Louise advertises under and just hope and pray she does not do the same to these people!! I have tried numerous times to contact her asking her to remove my villa and inform up and coming clients but she just fails to respond! She is a disgrace and needs shutting down!

LCM villas are a fraud of a company. They are robbing people left right and centre. Do not book through them.

We were fortunate the actual villa owners were there when we arrived otherwise we wouldn't have had a holiday to go on.

Do not use this company. Louise Moss / Edwards is a fraud. Constantly says she has marital issues / child ill. I don't know how she lives with herself. The maintenance guy at the villa said she owed over 20k just to one other villa owner.

One the owners get the villa back to a genuine agent we will be returning as it a a beautiful villa.

I have used LCM villas previously in 2018 and had a lovely experience. This time I booked the same villa, only to find out the villa is no longer let out by LCM Villas. I havent been informed this villa is no longer available and I am now getting no replies from Louise on email. I now have to go through the bank to get my deposit back. AVOID this company they are scamming people out of their money. No phone numbers work. They have also done this to lots of people I have spoken to. I hope you struggle to sleep at night ripping people off their hard earned money!!

We booked a villa with Louise, she was helpful to begin with. The villa disappeared of air BnB a few months later, she assured me everything was fine and it was being renovated, new photos to follow - we never got these.

Very unresponsive, we travel in 3 weeks and I googled her to see horrendous reviews of her scamming people, people turning up and no accommodation available/not able to contact her.

Luckily I have raised with air BnB who have cancelled my booking and issued a full refund. They are currently investigating her. However I received lots of messages from people who have booked direct with her and she has stolen their deposit and blocked them.

Do not book - Google LCM villas and see all the horror stories, I believe she has also set up a new website so beware of her name. Louise Edwards/Moss.

Please do not book with Louise Moss she is a con merchant check all the experience on the Trust pilot reviews. We booked a holiday last year and at the last minute was told that the villa had subsided and was uninhabitable so had to divide our long stay holiday between two villas. The first villa was ok but only ok, the second villas was up a steep hill lovely views and at first glance around the place it seemed ok but after a few days we found things not quite right and there were loads of health and safety issues in the villa, and was certainly not worth the money. Louise promised us a refund, as we had paid for an up market villa, which never came and it amounted to over a £1000 she told us lie after lie and thinking she was a nice lady we believed her.

Do not give your hard earned money to this company as it’s unlikely you will receive your holiday or your money back! We booked our Villa with Louise Edwards/Moss and even though the Villa owners pulled the rental rights from her (for not paying them) she proceeded to tell us all was ok. Luckily we only got strung for the deposit and after numerous messages she will not refund. Please be aware she may also be starting a new company called Beach Villa Holidays.

LCM Villas is run by a human being called Louise Moss or Edwards. She is a con artist. She has not returned our deposit after we discover she no longer had the rights to lease a particular Villa that we booked. She has a companion called Jeremy and they may be in the process of starting a new company called Beach Villa Holidays. Please avoid at all costs.

Watch out!!! Never rent or buy a home through this company!!! The owner Louise Edwards Moss is a fraud. We rented a villa through this company in November and our complaints were not taken seriously. She is a pathological liar who keeps coming up with different excuses. We have been trying to get our deposit back for 2 months but she does not respond to anything and she is unreachable. We left the house very clean and are entitled to get our deposit back as agreed. Never do business with her no matter how nice she seems in the beginning, she is not to be trusted!!!

NEVER! We don’t get the deposit back!!!!

LCM Villas acted as my letting agent for around 10 years for a Villa I own in El Campello.
Louise the owner let my Villa out multiple times without telling me and has yet to pay me what's owed.
She also failed to pay bills and carry out maintenance that she was contracted to.
Steer clear at all costs.

Rented a villa near Campello on the Costa Blanca Spain (Last week in May & First week in June 2019). From start to finish LCM Villas were very helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had (before and during the visit). The Villa was well maintained with lovely gardens and very clean. The views, over the Med, were great, as was the pool (though a little cold for first few days, especially for a couple of pensioners like me and my wife, but our kids and their partners and all the grandkids were in there constantly). The damage deposit was returned to my bank account within a few days of our return to the UK - with nothing taken out of it, even though we had broken a cup & plate (which we had declared). LCM Villas will also recommend/arrange car hire, Airport transfer, and local Taxi firm if required.

I would have no hesitation in using LCM Villas again.
