It is very rare in these enlightened times to find a Company where customer service is as it once was. This Company and especially this branch have it in spades. Nothing was too much trouble. First class online experience.
I ordered a lens, which was described as 5 star, via mail order.
The lens was delivered, via DPD, less than 24 hours after I placed the order.
The description was accurate - the lens was ‘as new’ and was supplied with all paperwork etc. Even the box was unmarked!
The price was also extremely competitive.

Well packaged and arrived next day, even when I had missed the cut off by 45 minutes. Used DPD so I knew I was in safe hands. Camera as described. No issues found so far. Would have liked the option to pay by Klarna rather than PayPal.
