Brilliant experience. Communication was prompt and easy. Initial appointment really positive, great value and flexible in terms of our needs. Fitting was easy, on time and completed much faster than I thought it would be. Overall experience really positive, would recommend.

From the start when samples were brought to my home, through to fitting the service was first class. The whole process was completed in just over 2 weeks.

I had vinyl done in the hall way and…
I had vinyl done in the hall way and living room at the end of September 22/24 th . This is how it was left .no sealent around the edges and poorly cut too.
Bubbles appearing in the vinyl obviously where it has not been fitted properly .
This is upsetting totally, I have emailed the company after saying they no longer use sealant so I’m hoping they will sort this out as this is not how it should look whatsoever
Pictures are just terrible all sent to the customer service email address!

After an initial survey and pricing with Ian at home. We chose the flooring from his samples..he's very knowledgeable about the job. Very nice man no pressure to buy. Pleasure to meet him..the order was placed fitted date confirmed. Fitters Lee and Harry arrived on time. Could not fault their work ethic they never stopped.! Attention to detail was brilliant..no mess..Lee especially is a brilliant floor layer..all in all Could not fault the process from start to finish..highly recommend..thanks
