Great product, communication and arrived on time.

Online ordering is great, prompt replies to emails. Quality is good for the money. Only downside for me has been the delivery every time. It says no delivery charge on the site and advertising however i have been charged every time. After bringing this up they have paid half but still had to pay when states free. This time I've changed the address as advised and now still awaiting as its been held in the UPS warehouse due to needing clearance. Was meant to be delivered yesterday but never shown up

This is the second time ordering from lanyardsonline.co.uk. As we don't require a lot of lanyards, it has been a few years since our last order. They were able to pick up our requirements from our last order and supply a quality product once again. Would have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you :)
