I find it odd that on this day it takes up to 14 days for delivery, if I'd gone through Emma I would have had it sooner and with a 200day return .
Update to delivery date, I have my order and it only took four days, excellent

I bought a new bed a few years ago & during a tidy up of the bedroom in 2025,I placed a rocking chair & other bits on top whilst hoovering, one of the bits (possibly the chair) made a hole in the mattress right in the middle. I "made do" with a spare mattress on top for a few months + asked at land of beds about a replacement mattress. I saw a sales advisor "Nicola" who found a replacement, unfortunately I couldn't afford it at the time, I went back to the shop today & was pleased to find my quote from last year was still available & the sales advisor was "Nicola" again! This has meant my original order could be found & 're ordered. I felt secure in the knowledge that the mattress is coming from the same company I bought the bed from originally & would be to the exact size I need.

I ordered mattress on 24 March and they delivered me wrong one, and then they refund me on 16 April, not recommended to any one and don’t trust them and make sure whatever you ordered got the same thing.

The young lady who served me was very knowledgeable about all the beds in the showroom, I wasn’t pressured into buying, but very helpful and I purchased a good bed at a good price.

Julie came to us shortly after we entered the store. I said that were interested in a Hypnos mattress and would like to look at some. Julie showed us the Hypnos mattresses that were available especially the firmness which we wanted. I tried two of the mattresses and we decided which one we preferred. We then discussed the ordering the mattress we had chosen and Julie said that it would take about 4 - 6 weeks. Discussions followed about payment and we paid a deposit making the promise to pay the rest later in the month.
We were impressed with the way Julie handled the sale, and also spoke to other customers that came in telling them that she would be with them shortly. As we left the store she approached the next customers and made them welcome as she had done with us. We would recommend Julie as the ideal sales person and were impressed with her professionalism and conduct.
