I have x4 Lambretta Parkas, I just went to buy another, they've removed the British flag from the sleave. In this time, this is a betrayal of the companies history and its customers.

There is quite a wait for the delivery but I do love the clothes but I won't be buying online anymore i got sent a slim fit shirt instead of regular fit and the return process is a horrendous experience and it's only a 14 day not the usual 28 days so unless a miracle happens in the next 6 days it's looking like my son will be getting an unexpected present
An absolute joke ,ordered a jumper, it arrived ok ,,carriage cost £6,50 ,didn't fit, was asked by Lambretta to get permission to return.
Got permission but was told to sort out return and pay for it ,Another £6
So to save money by buying online,cost me £12 for nothing ,and will have to wait till package received then more days for money back.
Won't be buying from here again for sure.
Purchased a T Shirt in May 2025 after 3 months the transfer had a "distressed" look and in October it was literally falling off the T shirt. I have T Shirts over 10 years old which have lasted better than this this it is either a fault, quality issue or both.
I emailed Lambretta Clothing and surprise surprise they did not have the courtesy to reply to my email. The fact that there is no comments left by the company on Trust Pilot shows they have no interest in customer service.
My advice shop elsewhere because if you have a problem Lambretta Clothing is not interested.

Lambretta Clothing got back ro me and have agreed to replace the T shirt! Result.
Up date on my experience the sizes definitely are not uk sizes. 100% smaller.
Thankfully for me paypal resolution centre found in my favour and i received 100% refund. Big thank to paypal. And Trustpilot for allowing people to avoid being scammed!!
I ordered a polo top in 4XL thankfully through Amazon. When it arrived it was an XL at best. Sent it back and got refund from Amazon. Went on to Trust Pilot as was considering trying again direct from manufacturer but after reading reviews, particularly around the same sizing issues I have decided to steer well clear
Bought a short sleeved paisley shirt, quality is excellent, the fit is excellent and the service was excellent.
Ordered about 3pm on the Thursday it came at 1.30pm the next day.
Fantastic.
Chinese sizes & nothing like the labels claim! Bought 3XL tee & it wasn't even an XL! Skin tight & no give, needed help to peel it off me! Returns procedure is you pay for the postage!
(I know, I print tees!)
I ordered a polo shirt for my husband as a Christmas gift on 19th November 24. As the sizing is not accurate, the shirt was too short and we needed to size up. In the meantime my husband made his own order with the same issue both shirts too small. We both paid postage to receive the items, we have to pay our own postage on two returns and have also been charged postage for two lots of replacements. Total postage cost £31.70
The returns process isn’t straightforward especially as the extended returns was for items bought after the 25th November so I had to email customer service to get confirmation that I would be able to return.
You cannot return online purchases to a store either.
There is no contact telephone number to call, so all in all a terrible experience, customer service appalling. An expensive purchase too, I will never order anything again from this company.
i bought 2 jackets in different colours in 4 xl . they came up like. slim fitting. i have trojan track jacket 4 xl , its loose fitting. i had lam jackets in 3 xl they were tight fitting. i expected them to be better fit than 3 xl. they look nice though, and i always shop with lambretta.
clothing arrived very quickly and in top-notch condition. would absolutely shop again
Disgusting customer service I ordered a pair of trainers for a present they arrived the box is ripped battered torn a complete mess, I had to contact them twice before I got the response of well there’s nothing we can do it’s the couriers!!! How about send me a flat pack box that’s all I want I don’t want a refund range the number several times no one answers won’t buy again from them real shame my other half and brother love their stuff
Had 2 coats brought me for Christmas both medium but was to small cannot exchange them because had them longer than 2 weeks load of rubbish
I contacted Lambretta to change my order by email as I had ordered the incorrect size. The order was changed before dispatch with efficiency
The delivery was made the next day. I am really happy with quality of the garments. A great tribute to my youth a total Mod spirit.

needed an exchange for larger size, due to extra large being more like a medium, harrington jacket, instead received refund and ive lost out by 10 quid in postage charges. tried to communicate with company but no joy, shop elsewhere
Where do I start. DPD lost my Lambretta Clothing parcel, no answer from Lambretta customer service telephone (you can't even leave a message) nor a response to my email. So, I post on Lambretta FB page which gets deleted & FB DMs seemingly ignored. I did speak to DPD (who lost the parcel) but they can't (won't) contact Lambretta. Shocking. Worst online shopping experience I have had in a very, very long time. I guess I'm going to have to contact my bank to get a refund & take my business elsewhere. 😡
