Terrible customer service. We ordered a table which did not arrive for 6 months and then arrived damaged. Throughout Lafuma have ignored my emails and did not allow me to make a formal complaint.

I am a first time Lafuma customer - I purchased their world renowned zero gravity recliner.

Yes, you will see some negative Lafuma reviews, but which company hasn't had a negative review for their product, service or customer service - at the end of the day, Lafuma are one of the best in their product field, with a long history of reputation and innovation!

I experienced a frustrating issue. It would have been convenient to be able to reach them by phone but email was the only option.

Lafuma took responsibility and responded promptly with a reassuring response, instilling longterm confidence and trust in the brand.

Ho acquistato una futura XL clip,purtroppo c'è stato un problema,mi è stata regalata la stessa poltrona relax nei giorni in cui avevo effettuato l'ordine,non ho potuto annullarlo ma Lafuma ha accettato di procedere al reso gratuitamente per via di un ritardo nella risposta del servizio clienti che mi invitava a rifiutare la merce,essendo arrivata tale risposta troppo tardi ormai avevo accettato il pacco.
Esperienza ottima,sicuramente in futuro consiglierò a tutti,prodotti di grande qualità

2020 I bought 2 Lafuma Relax zero gravity chairs size XL and yes they’re comfy and we can leave them outside for the summer but after one season the fabric seat started to separate from its fittings in the knee area. We started using them the following spring and they split completely leaving them unusable for the whole of 2021. Tried ordering replacement covers but none are available on the French website and the German website ( no production during Covid lockdown)
It’s spring 2022 and guess what? I still cannot find a replacement cover for my 2 recliners in extra large on the German or French website
After service is pathetic and the item (even though not available) is showing at €90 per chair

Had my recliner not even 2 months and the chair has snapped already! I have a couple of zero gravity recliners at the fraction of the cost that lasted a lot longer than this Lafuma recliner. 5 year guarantee I hope they honour this and hopefully it was a one off manufacturing issue!

J’ai commandé 2 fauteuils pop up, 3 transats, le tout est arrivé moins d’une semaine après et les produits sont réellement de qualité ! Je suis heureuse d’avoir privilégié une entreprise française qui garantit 5 ans ce qu’elle fabrique !

They don’t respond to emails and there is no UK contact number for them.

We ordered two carrying bags for their Air Comfort recliners from Amazon. On Lafuma’s web page the bags we ordered were recommended for the chair. When the bags arrived the label specifically states that it is NOT suitable for this model. So Amazon and Futura give incorrect information. Now we have to send the things back to Amazon and don’t know where to find correct ones.

A simple phone call to Lafuma would sort this out but they don’t want to be bothered with having to deal with actual customers.

I have real problems with lower back pain. Consequently any time spent in a “relaxation “ chair does the exact opposite and I struggle to get out of them. So, having seen the range from this company and read the very positive reviews from fellow back sufferers I took the decision to spend a considerable amount on a Futura model. This turns out to be money well spent. The chair is a delight. Beautifully constructed and designed. It is effortless to change position, this is done via the armrests, and levers will lock your desired position in place. The steel is powder coated and the material tough and weatherproof. Comes with a 5 year guarantee. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase and I’m certain that my partner will be wanting the same once she’s sat in it. Delivery was by DPD, the very best of couriers, and took just four days from SE France to West London. Highly recommended.
