Hidden unreasonable charges..total scam
Arrived to the venue to be greeted with a card machine and a rude member of staff demanding £30 each "late fee" when we realised this wasn't a joke and questioned it she immediately reduced it to £15 and threatened to raise it to £45 each if we didn't pay. This was not clearly communicated upon purchasing the tickets, different people were charged different amounts and it seemed like they were just trying to grab what they could out of sheer greed. The venue clearly was not full so the need for these charges were pointless. Small print hides a not so small charge which is only sent out AFTER the transaction has taken place.
poor response through email complaint and blatant lies that not a single other person has complained..
do better!!!
Lovely surprise at the Moby show
Lovely surprise at the Moby show: an extra £30 at the door because I missed a tiny “Pre 3pm” restriction that apparently came with a not-so-tiny late fee.
The £30 charge wasn’t made clear to me when buying the ticket, but somehow I was expected to discover it through FAQs and linked terms.
Nothing says “great customer experience” like paying extra at the entrance for a condition you didn’t properly understand.
Very disappointing.

Scam
It was a con! Apparently, they had organised entry by time, but this was communicated poorly. On arrival, there was a guy at every queue armed with portable card machines with instructions to charge extra £50 per person. Obviously the event was not sold out. We were outraged and expressed no intention to do so. We were then sent to a manager who asked if we wanted to speak to the promoters. We were then taken to two people behind a portable table, who didn't seem to speak much English, who pointed us to ground staff. A reduced fee of £30 was offered. By the time we got back to the portable cash machine they were willing to accept £15 per person. So the fee went from £50 to £15 in about 10 minutes. Seems like they were just trying to rob anyone of anything they could get their hands on.
There was no need to have panicked about a mad rush since the place was by no means full.
Such a poor use of a great venue. stage blocked the views of the river, The space really bad organised in general, no space to chill with food and drinks.
The other DJ's that play were not worth the bother.
Cans of beer at £7 each.
Absolute con
The Moby show was INSANE
The Moby show was INSANE. The venue is incredible, the production and experience were 10/10. Great food and drinks too. I’ll be back

I have been to 4 events this summer and it was the best vibe. Great sound. Food, I felt safe. Good vibes only
10/10 - best festival in London handsdown
The BEST festival I’ve been to. Such an incredible location, amazing production and sound, and everything was so seamless from start to finish. Barely any queues, loads of great food and drink options, and just such a good atmosphere. Honestly couldn’t fault it - and can't wait for next year! Thank you Labyrinth!!
LEGENDARY MOMENTS
Simply said - Labyrinth on the Thames knocked it out the park. Moby was pure emotion. The Unesco setting, organisation, music and people made a magical night one of the highlights of this summer. I will be back in 2027. LEGENDARY and thank you!

Poor event infrastructure and organisation
My experience is about Moby at the Old Royal Naval College.
The venue is beautiful, but not a lot was done to make it a comfortable and enjoyable space for people who had to spend up to 6 hours on the grounds before Moby came on (ticket entry was staggered and some had to enter before 3pm):
- not enough places/tables to sit, so people had to sit on the hard dusty limestone floors of the College grounds.
- Generally nothing to do for such a long time, aside from eating/drinking and listening to a DJ in the background - all without a convenient place to actually do all those things
- Worst portaloos I've seen in my life - when it got dark you had to use your phone flashlight since there was no light inside the portaloos
- No organised queue for the toilet area generally, extremely dirty
Do better

Just chilling with my mates on the dance floor, this security guard was next to me. they all left to get more drinks I stayed. next thing I know he turns round says im too intoxicated (3 beers down btw) and leads me to the exit. I calmly let him untill he started grabing my arm with both hands. After calmly and politely asking if I can just walk out instead of being groped he talks into his mic thingy and says im resisting, 4 man about triple my size (im 18 btw) grab me. 2 holding my hands behind my back and 2 just randomly digging there hands into my shoulders. The whole time i wasnt trying to phyiscally resist. Everything apart from that was fine athough it was a lil dead anyway.

Too loud and inconsiderate to locals
Too loud and inconsiderate to locals!
I should not be able to hear this racket from half a mile away. If it’s this loud this far away how loud is it at the “festival”. Completely unnecessary. Not to mention the ongoing late fireworks with no warning to residents with dogs (Greenwich having a huge dog population).
Turn the volume down and stop the endless fireworks nights on end
Limit Fireworks!
I'm a local resident living near The Royal Naval College in Greenwich. No issues whatsoever with the noise levels but why have 3 firework displays on the weekend? Shouldn't Fridays and Saturdays suffice? People need to work on Mondays and being woken up at 11pm (yes some people go to bed at 10!) on a Sunday night is ridiculous. In addition, it's summer and having to close windows because of the sound is inconsiderate towards the locals. A lot of people around here have pets and having your dog hiding under the bed 3 nights in a row is not fun to watch. This event should be limited to 2 weekends only (6 sessions).

We bought vip & backstage tickets but were all the way at the back and didn’t see anything. There were staff friends and all these friends of friends in front of us all chatting. Waste of money and definitely no vip or backstage privileges that we paid for. They let their friends all in for free that don’t dance and just are there to chat and catch up. Awful!

Greed
Great event at Tofte manor for John digweed. Had spare ticket as friend couldn’t come. No way to resell. No refund. No ticket queue on DICE to allow a managed resell. QR code hidden until 3 hours before. Pure greed. 7 quid for a 330ml beer. 8 quid for a 4% Jubel pint. Sickening greed.
Rude staff and different charges for different people at Tofte Manor (The Kooks).
We attended The Kooks at Tofte Manor on 3 July and arrived well in advance of 5pm as we had pre-5pm entry tickets. However, there was a lengthy holdup allowing cars into the car park, meaning I didn’t get to the admission gate until 5:15pm and was charged £10 per ticket as a late fee. I tried to explain I was on time but their disorganisation caused the slight delay but the staff member was rude and told me I should have left earlier and to write a letter if I didn’t like it.
Inside, I spoke to countless others who had the same experience but there was inconsistencies in treatment. A large group of girls after us got let in without paying a late fee, while others said they were able to pay a late fee for just one ticket in the group, or they were able to pay £5 per ticket.
Having different treatment for different people is completely unacceptable and cannot be justified. I’ve since written an email to Labyrinth Events but have had no response.
We went to an event at Tofte Manor
We went to an event at Tofte Manor - beautiful location and great gig by the Kooks. However after sitting in traffic for over 3 hours to get there - we were charged £10 extra each for arriving at 7:04pm - because our tickets said arrive before 6pm. We explained we’d been held up in traffic and were told “everyone uses this excuse.” We explained again it was not an excuse, we had left home and travelled round the M25, getting stuck in traffic. The staff member was rude, expressing that it was £10 extra pp and we had to pay it. She then went on to explain that “actually she should be charging us £20, as we were technically 2 hours late for our tickets” as if she was doing us a favour by charging us this fee. We tried to ask how less time in the venue meant a more expensive ticket price and she just completely ignored us, telling us again we had to pay. Incredibly rude, no real explanation and no understanding. We also tried to make contact with Tofte Manor, and Labrynth events on social media and by phone on the way to explain the traffic situation and got no response. Absolutely ridiculous and ruined a really good gig.
Rude and aggressive staff, no regard for attendees
On 13 June 2026 we attended the Mahmut Orhan Block Party organised by Labyrinth Events. Our experience was absolutely horrendous.
The staff were extremely rude and aggressive especially at security. They felt the need to project power to the point of making you feel like a piece of dirt despite being a paying customer.
We arrived to the venue promptly well before our 3.30pm entry but due to long queues we reached the ticket check just past the 3.30pm and they charged us an additional £30. How can anyone foresee or calculate how long queues would be? This is not reasonable. When we protested they threatened to remove us from the queue.
The staff then held my hand inappropriately at security and yelled at me when I asked why they are touching me. Then without warning I was searched aggressively and was taken by surprise when they touched my private parts. I felt violated. When I asked if that was appropriate they said I was holding up the line and moved me along.
They also yelled at my partner and took her mints and threatened to remove her for asking how come. We were polite but met with hostility and aggression throughout.
The drinks were extremely expensive £7 for a small 330ml beer. Everyone who worked there had a bad attitude and disregard for customers. Possibly the worst experience I have ever had and will never attend another Labyrinth event.
Took my money
Took my money, cancelled the invite, didn't tell us, wouldn't give me my money back.
Accepts bribes
Accepts bribes. Unfair. If you bribe them, you’re fine I suppose. Good club that is run by horrible people and not worth your time
Great music, good people
Went to a music event at Tofte Manor and it couldn’t have been more perfect, both weather, location and and fantastic music with perfect sound system. Well organised, and lots of good people… Thanknyou Melanie 🙏

Attended Fisher at The Royal Naval College in Greenwich, had an amazing day! Location, production and performance were outstanding! Security were also very friendly which is unusual at these events! Looking forward to the same again next year 😉
