This company does not conduct business in a correct matter. Avoid.
I ordered two bottles from the company on the 8th of May 2024. They were shipped by Kylix the 15th so it took them a week to ship it. They shipped them by DHL. Kylix or DHL never gave me a tracking number. Unfortunately I was not home when the DHL tried to deliver the bottles. I have video surveillance so everyone at my door is video recorded and I did see a DHL person with a package with Greek lettering on it. DHL left no notice where the bottles could be picked up. I tried to write Kylix for a tracking number but they did not supply a tracking number. They did tell me where the bottles were but with no tracking number it is impossible to pick up. I don't understand how the can run a business like that? How hard can it be to supply a tracking number when ordering and how hard can it be to supply a tracking number later on when the customer ask for it?
