Just called Kurtis Property and spoke to Moon.I m trying to find a dog friendly rental property ( wich is very difficult).Being a dog owner himself he was very sympathetic and promised to try his best in finding 'that one' that will suit me.At the end of the conversation l felt less anxious and more hopeful in finding something suitable.

The new agent working there named Moon was very kind and very helpful. I would 100% recommend you.

Jerome and Charlie were extremely helpful during my sale and purchase. They communicated well and always kept me update.

I have been letting out a property since around 2009. Only 2 different tenants. Of course there’s been issues over the years but I this is to be expected. Jackie has always been very friendly and helpful when issues have occurred and I have been promptly informed of repairs etc needed, which Jackie always sorted for me. I have been dealing with Paris more recently and she too has been very helpful. Kurtis recently sold the property on my behalf and Harvey and Jerome certainly deserve a mention for their good service and regular updates.

this managing agents don't do nothing other then take your rent payment. have been waiting 17+ weeks for 2 leaks coming through my floor and ceiling and still nothing done. back and front door broken, rising damp, mold, condensation, vermin control (may i add i have tried to treat myself but to no end i cant treat inside of walls)
homeowner don't wanna pay for anything so kurtis just leave you to live in grim conditions.
I have only been renting the property for 7 months and been arguing to get the repairs done for 5 months. kurtis ain't a good landlord and leave you in poor conditions. constant false allegations and nothing ever completed.
avoid renting from this company at all costs

We accepted tenancy on 28/01/22, since we have the following repairs and we have been ignored.

Kitchen door liver handle i repaired instead of you, as it's a fire door, and needs to closed when cooking, so couldn't wait for you as this would have been a fire hazard.

Bathroom bulb we replaced, even though you promised at time of viewing. It would have been a health & safety issue, as the landlord & agent have a duty of care.

Hot water issue still, you shared a video of diagnosing faults when I reported scolding hot water, and had requested an operation manual you said you would liase with landlord and previous tenant. This still remains outstanding.

Kitchen cooker not working (already shared video with you by my wife.

Kitchen extractor fan not working (already shared video with you by my wife.

These both remains outstanding.

Electric heater near front entrance door not working, if turned on it gives burning smell and sets off fire alarm, hence unusable. Remains outstanding.

Whb in the bathroom is cracked several places raised in the inventory, which you were given a copy of. Remains outstanding.

Main communal entrance door gets stuck doesn't operate with intercom button, we have had issues, and if you were not aware, class this email as a request. Hence outstanding.

This is a joint tenancy, and only been given One set of keys, request another set. Remains outstanding.

Some Windows are locked, and no window keys have been provided if not aware of then treat this email as a request. Hence outstanding.

Lack of heating in the kitchen treat this as a request if not aware, hence outstanding

Master bedroom window has gaps in between the frame, it was highlighted in the inventory which were sent, hence outstanding..

Master bedroom electric heater doesn't function properly, raised previously, and ignored hence outstanding.

Master bedroom door is not lockable, request for lockable lever, hence outstanding

Kitchen cooker housing unit legs raised at time of viewing, hence outstanding

Kitchen plinth missing raised at time of viewing, hence outstanding

Communal light to the stairs is not working, hence outstanding.

With no cooking facilities it's now costing money to purchase food, and the produce that we have bought will expire. With a young child this is unsustainable!!!

The lettings person refuses to take calls, and does not respond to emails, initially very friendly, but now unresponsive.

I welcome Kurtis property to contact me or my wife to resolve this issue now.

Or find us alternative accommodation with facilities that work.

Harvey and his team are excellent to work with. I found them open and honest and a trustworthy agent which is often not the case with many others.
