Je wordt bijna gedwongen om een Chinese app te installeren om je pakket te traceren. Vervolgens wordt doodleuk gemeld dat het pakket geleverd is terwijl dat niet zo is. Eigen helpdesk is onbereikbaar en er wordt niet gereageerd. Dus.. geld weg en geen spullen. Oplichting dit. Nooit bij kopen!

Ich habe bei WS-Motors eine KTM 690 Enduro R gekauft und war mit der gesamten Erfahrung leider sehr enttäuscht.

Das Motorrad wurde zwar geliefert, aber die Kommunikation nach dem Kauf war schlecht und frustrierend. Wichtige Informationen wurden im Vorfeld nicht klar erklärt. Zum Beispiel wurden die originalen Fahrzeugdokumente separat vom Motorrad verschickt, aber niemand hat mir das vorher mitgeteilt. Dadurch bin ich in Rumänien zur Zulassungsstelle/RAR gegangen und habe dort mehrere Stunden verloren, nur um dann festzustellen, dass ich die Anmeldung ohne das fehlende Dokument nicht fortsetzen kann.

Zusätzlich habe ich zusammen mit dem Motorrad einen Akrapovič-Endschalldämpfer bestellt. Nachdem das Motorrad angekommen ist, habe ich festgestellt, dass mir der Auspuff optisch an der KTM nicht gefällt. Das Motorrad wurde von mir mit diesem Auspuff nicht gestartet und nicht gefahren. Als ich um eine Rückgabe gebeten habe, wurde diese abgelehnt. Die Begründung war, dass der Auspuff Teil des Kaufvertrags über das Motorrad sei und ich, wenn ich den Auspuff zurückgeben möchte, das komplette Motorrad zurückgeben müsse. Meiner Meinung nach ist das völlig unverhältnismäßig und keine kundenfreundliche Lösung, besonders da der Auspuff separat auf der Rechnung aufgeführt wurde.

Auch die Kommunikation war sehr langsam. Ich musste teilweise mehrere Tage auf Antworten warten und mehrfach nachfragen. Bei einem Kauf von über 9.000 € hätte ich eine deutlich klarere, schnellere und professionellere Betreuung erwartet.

Es gab auch positive Punkte: Das Motorrad wurde geliefert, der Wartungsnachweis wurde bereitgestellt, und als beim Adventure Spec Windschild ein Riss festgestellt wurde, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ein neues bestellt und per Post zugeschickt wird. Trotzdem war die gesamte Erfahrung für mich stressig, unklar und enttäuschend.

Auf Basis meiner Erfahrung kann ich dieses Unternehmen nicht empfehlen, besonders nicht für internationale Käufer, die klare Kommunikation, vollständige Dokumente und zuverlässigen Service nach dem Kauf benötigen.

I purchased a KTM 690 Enduro R from WS-Motors and, unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing.

The motorcycle was delivered, but the after-sales communication was poor and frustrating. Important details were not clearly explained in advance. For example, the original vehicle documents were sent separately from the motorcycle, but nobody informed me about this beforehand. Because of that, I went to the registration authority/RAR in Romania and lost several hours there, only to find out that I could not continue the registration without the missing document.

I also ordered an Akrapovič exhaust together with the motorcycle. After receiving the bike, I realized that the exhaust did not look right on the motorcycle for me. The bike was not started or ridden by me with this exhaust, but when I asked about returning it, the company refused. Their answer was that the exhaust was part of the motorcycle purchase contract and that if I wanted to return the exhaust, I would have to return the entire motorcycle. In my opinion, this is completely disproportionate and not a customer-friendly solution, especially since the exhaust was listed separately on the invoice.

Communication was also very slow. I had to wait days for replies and follow up repeatedly. For a customer who spent over €9,000, I expected clearer, faster and more professional support.

There were some positive points: the bike was delivered, the service document was provided, and when the Adventure Spec windscreen was found to be cracked, they said they ordered a new one and would send it by post. However, the overall experience was stressful, unclear and disappointing.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company, especially for international buyers who need clear communication, complete documents and reliable after-sales support.

This store is a complete disappointment.
A few months ago, I ordered a fender for my KTM. The first one arrived damaged, so I returned it. The replacement they sent was also damaged. Only on the third attempt did I receive one in acceptable condition, so I decided to keep it.
Now I’ve ordered more items that were clearly listed as “in stock” and ready for immediate shipment. Despite this, nothing was shipped for several days. When I contacted them, I was told that the items would arrive to them within 1–2 days, and only then would they ship them to me.
This is misleading and unacceptable. Listing products as available when they are not actually in stock is simply dishonest.
I do not recommend this store.

Snelle levering en duidelijke communicatie. I zocht al langer naar een off-road dongle voor mijn 1090. Deze was binnen een aantal dagen beschikbaar voor afhalen. Keurige winkel en zeer behulpzame eigenaar.

Ik schrok een beetje toen ik afgelopen zaterdag onderdelen had besteld bij deze shop en later de zeer negatieve reviews las. Ik wilde de volgende dag eigenlijk de bestelling weer cancelen, maar dat kon niet meer.
Maandag kreeg ik een mail dat de bestelling was verzonden en dinsdag had ik mijn onderdelen.
Blij verrast dus.

This is the second time I’ve made the mistake of ordering from ktm-shop.nl.

The first time, I ordered a MTB, and it was delayed by almost a month. The reason they gave? They had no boxes! What a joke.

This time, I ordered a kickstand and a mirror, and it’s the same story all over again. It really feels like these guys are just taking chances. I suspect they don’t actually have stock and try to source the items elsewhere, all while being less than honest with their customers. Not much of a business, if you ask me.

Slechte service, levertijden kloppen niet, traag contact. Vandaag de dag zijn er betere webshops.

Took 2 weeks but everything arrived, as described all original parts, very happy with this website, 100% positive.

Oplichters zijn het, zeggen je pakketje te hebben verstuurd maar 2,3 maanden later nog niks ontvangen en ze zeggen doodleuk dat ze het pakket hebben afgeleverd. Ze zijn heel slecht bereikbaar en je bent gewoon je geld kwijt. Absoluut geen aanrader zou zeker ergens anders je ktm spullen kopen. Een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor 2. Deze review komt op elke website en social media te staan. Weg met deze oplichters.

Bij deze winkel is niks op voorraad. De beloofde levertijden zijn al absurd lang en worden niet nagekomen. Ik wacht inmiddels al bijna 3 maanden. Als ik ernaar vraag krijg ik plotseling een mail dat de bestelling klaar staat voor verzending, maar een week later is er nog geen pakket en de track & trace geeft geen resultaat.

Een tip als je motor kapot is: ga lopend naar KTM Oostenrijk, dat is sneller dan wanneer je hier wat besteld en de kans op succes is groter.

Er staat dat het artikel 1-3 dagen verzendtijd heeft, na een maand mails sturen kreeg ik het antwoord dat de stickerset over een maand zou arriveren bij hun, na een maand nog altijd niks gehoord, nogmaals gebeld waarbij ik het antwoord kreeg dat het nog 2 maanden kon duren. Bestel hier best niet!

Alle artikelen zijn groen met 1-3 werkdagen levertijd. Geleverd kan echter maanden duren, dus die aangegeven levertijd is totaal onbruikbaar.
Ik kreeg een deel van een plastic kit geleverd, dus het deel wat ik wel had, kon ik niet gebruiken omdat het niet compleet was. Antwoord van KTM-shop.nl was, maak je geen zorgen we leveren uiteindelijk wel een keer.
Ze reageerden wel snel via email, daar krijgen ze de ene ster voor.
