Very welcoming and easy going. The staff are all helpful and made the process so easy and quick. The clinic is very reliable and lives up to its reputation. Noticed thickness after 4 weeks post PRP treatment. Would recommend.

Had my procedure on Friday 30th January with Dr Erjon I’m now 8 weeks down the line. The experience at KSL was brilliant. Staff friendly, nurses knowledgeable and Dr Erjon was patient friendly and clearly expertly trained.
I tell people all the time if you are thinking of going for a hair transplant use a company with a good reputation and excellent aftercare (KSL provide all of this). I’m due my first PRP tomorrow and really looking forward to my visit. Thanks KSL highly recommended.

What an amazing clinic
What an amazing clinic! Charlie and Neve kept in touch up to the day of the procedure and have been in touch since as well. Dr Zeeshan, Greta, Sabrina and Roxanne performed the procedure on the day and what a team they are! I felt so at ease, comfortable and happy about everything on the day. I got given lunch and was topped up on drinks and everything throughout the day to make sure I was alright. I did a lot of research on different clinics all over the UK and chose KSL based on their reviews and how I felt at the consultation. It was definitely the best decision I could have ever made. If you are looking for a hair clinic, look no further.

I recently had my FUE hair transplant at KSL Clinic with Dr Zeeshan, and I can honestly say the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.
From my very first consultation, I felt completely at ease. The team was welcoming, professional, and incredibly informative. Dr Zeeshan took the time to thoroughly assess my hair, explain the FUE procedure in detail, and answer every question I had without rushing me. I really appreciated the honest advice and the clear, realistic expectations that were set from day one.
On the day of the operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, which made a big difference in helping me relax. The staff were attentive throughout the procedure, regularly checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Dr Zeeshan’s calm and confident approach gave me complete reassurance that I was in safe hands.
The procedure went exactly as explained, and the aftercare guidance has been just as thorough and supportive. It’s clear that patient care is a top priority at KSL Clinic — not just during the surgery, but before and after as well.
