They came recommended to us for a prenup. My wife's solicitor drew up the document and did all the leg work. I got advice that felt like it was a divorce settlement, not a prenup. They won't give a ballpark figure for work, although this was straightforward stuff and my bill came out £1500 dearer than my wife's ! It's a PLC so I suppose that's all you need to know. A solicitors office is something you should be able to trust and feel confident with. This feels like a money making machine first and foremost. I couldn't recommend them to anyone I know.
*Note my concerns were not addressed, a senior partner wrote to me and said basically all the solicitor had done was within their t & c's. No intention of reducing the invoice, hence my review to warn others of the situation I found myself in*

We have just used Knights solicitors Plc for the conveyancing on both the sale and purchase of our old and new homes. From start to finish the service we received was flawless. Rachael Billam and Lauren Rose were absolutely amazing. We accepted an offer on our property quite quickly and then struggled to find one for quite a few weeks, once we did they managed to turn around the conveyancing on our purchase in under six weeks, this meant remarkably that we were able to exchange even earlier than our buyers had anticipated. I think what made the whole experience much easier is that they were always contactable and dealt with queries almost immediately.
Definitely wouldn't use anyone else going forward.
