absolute crap! not worth the money! spent $120 and every item received was crap! poor construction, poor quality! PACKAGING was of course great, because you can only return items if they were damaged in shipping! my daughter loved the website and wanted birthday items. I was stupid enough not to realize it was being shipped from out of the county! crap! never again will I buy from out of the country!
and it took forever to arrive!

I live in South Africa and we often have trouble with our postal service, so I was very concerned when my package hadn't arrived and I couldn't track it.

I contacted Kismet and a lady named Kristia responded to me on the very same day! She provided me not only with a tracking number, but also linked me directly to the tracking site for my package in particular. The response was not only swift, but also very sweet and understanding which made me feel more valued and at ease.

I am amazing at the quality of service and the clothes are very cute and decently priced. I will definitely be returning!

Their customer service is absolutely amazing, and they responded with any questions I had really fast. Getting ahold of Customer service can be really difficult but they were nothing but helpful. All the stuff is great quality and they do their best to make you happy. I’m definitely going to be purchasing one of the rompers, and the prices are super reasonable.

I wasn't happy with my order, due to the sizing, so I emailed them and they were very prompt in assisting me.
Asides from that, the clothes are beautiful and definitely quality. Would buy again!

Great customer service!
I have ordered 3 items. Living in a remote area they take a bit of time to arrive, which is not the company fault whatsoever.
After receiving two of them, I have contacted them to make sure the third one didn’t get lost.
I received a prompt and personalized email, Stating where the last item currently was, an apologies for the delay and an offer to call the item back and a refund if I didn’t want it anymore. Definitely not the case, can’t wait to receive the item and I loved the first 2 I received.
I don’t do much shopping online so I Cant compare with many other experiences, but they provided a Great and quick respond from their customer service, and great items. Nothing to complain about!!

I ordered the Deja jumpsuit and the Sadhana pants in red, both in size large. I first received the jumpsuit one week after placing my order and was really surprised how soft and comfortable it was. The jumpsuit was very flattering on me. Then I realized the pants were not sent with the jumpsuit. I looked through my email confirmations and noticed the jumpsuit and the pants were shipped one day apart from each other. I checked the tracking number for the jumpsuit and found out it was shipped from Chino, CA. However, the pants were being shipped from China. Pants were shipped on Aug 30th, and I received them on Sep 17th, almost 3 weeks after ordering. When I checked the pants, they were the wrong size! The sticker on the plastic bag said size L, but I could only fit one leg through the waist hole. I was super confused and decided to measure the waist, which came out as 13 in. across the waist, so 26 in. around the waist. According to their site on the pants, 26 in. is a small. I was super annoyed I couldn't wear the pants and decided to email their customer service. Marinor from their team replied to me within a few hours. Marinor presented some options to me: 50% cash refund back to my card, store credit, or request size exchange. I chose to exchange the size, and Marinor would request a 2XL be sent to me with no extra cost. Marinor was super helpful, friendly, patient, and attentive. My exchange with Marinor happened over a span 2 days. I would buy again from their website. Just be more mindful of where the items are being shipped from. 5 stars for Marinor, but minus one for the sizing (totally not Marinor's fault). I would keep in mind to order a size up or two if you are a size large.

Clothes comes from China, poor quality and sizes are too small. I purchased a sweater (unique size) and even though I am a size 2 (and sometimes 0) the sweater is almost kids size. I tried returning it but obviously the customer service is making everything extremely difficult. I will NEVER purchase here again.

Really nice store, comfortable clothing and the packages arrived faster than I thought they would! Also very quick and friendly in response when you mail them with a problem or question. Thank you Kismet Collections! I will be back!

I ordered a pair of overalls not expecting anything crazy but I absolutely loved them when they came! I was so much happier with them than I expected to be. I unfortunately ordered a size too large but the customer service was super fast and so so helpful and sweet. I had my package sent to the return address for an even exchange with no hesitation from the company. I notified with every update during the process. I will definitely be shopping from here again :-).

I really hope whoever is reading this right now, is reading this before you have purchased anything from this company which is what I regret not doing before I bought a pair of overalls from this terrible company. Also disclaimer, I'm not the type to really write negative reviews about a company, but I really don't want anyone to have the bad experience I have had. First of all, FALSE ADVERTISING. They say that they make/get their items from "local artisans" but its from a warehouse in China. I found out about this after I received my tracking number from them after I ordered my package from them two weeks prior. A month passes, and I hadn't received my package yet, so I reached out to their customer service email and it was delivered to Texas (I am nowhere near Texas). So I said I would like my package to be redelivered. ANOTHER month goes by and sure enough I look at the tracking info, and it was delivered to San Diego (I am nowhere near San Diego). They consistently delivered my package to the wrong side of the country TWICE. Two months is to long a time to wait for a pair of overalls cheaply made (not by) "local artisans", but a factory in China. I'm not sure why they cannot seem to deliver their packages to the correct address, but upon looking at other reviews it seems that this is a consistant problem for them. One good thing I can say about this company is that at least their customer service reps are nice. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. Maybe to actual local artisans.

I will admit I was skeptical about this company but my personal experience has been great. I'm leaving a very honest review, with both the good and the bad in the hope that it will help others when they consider ordering.

I ordered three pairs of pants and a pillow cover. The mesh pocket yoga pants fit well, are a little itchy but are still comfortable. The homey striped pants are darker than the image but I love them. Very comfortable and they fit well. I didn't like the harem pants at all but Marinor responded quickly to my return request, talked through the issues, and helped me get a refund once I shipped the item back (shipping covered by me). The hmong cushion cover is GORGEOUS and I might order another one!

Great service and garment! I had an issue with my order not coming up with the tracking number so emailed the customer support and they got back to me straight away and resolved it straight away! Excellent customer service from karel in customer support. Received my parcel yesterday and the garment is exactly what I expected and great quality! Will be using this site alot in the future :)
