In my first order, I purchased a dress and an overall. I received the dress all right (not exactly as pictured, but ok), but the wrong overall (a huge baggy thing I still don't know what to do with). I had to prove with screenshots what I'd really ordered, but the agent that attended my case was very kind and attentive (thanks, Abigail!). Finally, they agreed to send me the correct overall free of charge. I received it today and it is very comfy and cute! It took some time and work on my part but now I have what I wanted.

I ordered an item which didn't fit at all because it was way too big for me so I sent an email to the customer service. They answered really fast, got me a refund of the half of the prise while I kept the item and the support was really great. Sometimes the things you order might not like you imagine them to be but I can say that I really like the people over there because they really try to help the customers until all around are happy :) I think I'll order something again. I ordered 4 different items and I'm severely disappointed in all of them. The fabric is VERY cheap and doesn't look anything like the picture. I've tried reaching out to them to get their mailing address to return the items and get refunded, but I keep getting the same automated message back asking if I would send them photos of the outfits so I can show them why I don't like them? Very weird, and I just want my money back. I would NOT recommend! Save your money!

The fabric is terrible and the seams were sewn poorly. I just received an order of two pairs of overalls. One of them was in terrible condition and the fabric is extremely low quality.

It appears that a great deal of the reviews on this site for this company are not authentic. Please Beware. This company does not provide products that are consistent with the images they provide online. The product arrived approximately 4 weeks after ordering. I ordered overalls, the overalls looked nothing like the picture. The material did not appear to present consistent with the images online. The material is rough and uncomfortable. I would not order from this site again.

Customer service responded to email but would not provide a telephone number and would only communicate via email.

I was super impressed with this company replying and finding a solution to my issue so fast and they were super nice about it all.
One of my candles was damaged in the post service and they agreed to send another one with no issues at all!
Would defiantly consider buying more things from the site in future as I know how fantastic there customer service is if there are any problems :)

When I received my items from Kismet, it was not what I thought it would be, as they were a bit more see through than I saw online. I brought this up with a customer service representative, Abigail, and after sending some photos he quickly refunded the whole amount without many questions. It was honestly the most pleasant experience I have had refunding anything, and shows how important their business and happy customers are to them. I am blown out of the water by their experience.

I ordered the Hali Distressed Overall Shorts. I'm usually a size Small but looked at the reviews and noticed that I should be ordering 2 sizes larger than my usual size, so I ordered a Large. My order came after 28 days and I was so excited to receive it! When I opened, the clothing looked very cheap and when I tried it on it was still just too small. So I'm a bit disappointed with my parcel this time.

I purchased the Peace Keeper overalls and they are very stylish and will make a great addition to my wardrobe. They feel nice and seem to be well constructed. I sized up one size and I'm glad I did. I usually wear a small to medium. I ordered a medium and they fit perfectly.
My one and only suggestion would be to to include washing instructions. For now I'll wash on a gentle cycle and hang dry. I'll definitely order again. Thanks Kismet!

I was super excited to purchase a jumper from Kismet but when I received it, it turns out it wasn’t quite the right fit. I reached out to ask about an exchange, only realizing after I hit “send” on my email, that my purchase was not eligible for an exchange or refund. BUT Marinor helped me with a lot of kindness and patience and even offered to refund my purchase! I am so grateful and will be shopping Kismet Collections again!

This company has very good customer service! They are extremly helpful and will work with you if a mistake was made untill it is solved, really great!!

The customer service team has been helpful and extremely quick in their responses. I needed to exchange my overalls for one size up and they've made the process simple every step of the way. The quality of the material is also much better than other clothes sites I've been recommended by Instagram. I was pleasantly surprised when my overalls arrived in a thick denim. They will last and not get destroyed in the wash! Definitely recommend.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had!

I ordered overalls from Kismet and they got lost in the South African postal service. When I alerted the company that my parcel has not arrived the Kismet consultant I dealt with was super helpful. She responded very fast to my enquiry and offered to find a solution that would work for me. Luckily the overalls did end up arriving in the end.
I am very happy with the way they turned out - they fit perfectly. They are light weight and comfortable and I know I will enjoy wearing them this summer.

This was my 1st order on Kismet Collections, I bought 2 pairs of overalls. The 1st pair fit like a dream, but the 2nd pair came in the wrong size. When I reached out to the Kismet Collections team, they were so helpful and immediately offered to send me a new pair. Very happy with my first Kismet Collection experience. Ordered four pieces that were a little different than my typical style, but I'm so pleased with how they fit. One pair of pants didn't fit right and I reached out to their team. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied - apologizing and even offering a refund. Love their mission of supporting many different artists and look forward to shopping here again.

I honestly had a tough time with sizes at first, I’ve always been a medium, but for some reason with a pair of pants from Kismet Collections I needed a large, this was completely my fault not theirs. And I was worried whether or not I was going to be able to get a change in sizes. However, customer service is absolutely awesome, and helped me figure out how I could return my item and get an exchange. They walked me through the complete process and really made it easy to fix my problem. Thank you so much Kismet!

This was my first time buying from this site. I was a bit nervous because I heard the goods came from China and I always have issues with China sizing and I refuse to buy XXXL. I took a chance because the clothes looked so cute and I'm happy I did! I ordered 4 items and 2 fit perfectly, one was a bit large but that's because I'm really short and the other was a bit too small, also not their fault, lengthwise it's fine but I have very broad hips for my height. I contacted customer service to see if I could exchange it even though I had bought it on sale and they said it wouldn't be an issue and even followed up with me when I hadn't got back to them about what item I would like to exchange it for. 😀

I will definitely be buying from them again in the future, the stuff is original, cute and better quality than I expected.

Ok so this is a strange review for me because I didn't end up keeping anything I bought but I was so enormously impressed with the customer service I had to say something.
I originally had seen Kismet collections being recommended to me on Instagram over and over again and finally caved and ended up spending over $100.
I was very excited but then I did some research and found another review on here advising that most of the products are also available on sites like AliExpress and stuff like that.
It was true and then I was nervous about what the qualiity of the clothes would be.
My shipping times were extremely fast compared to what they advised it could be. I recieved 3 of my items within 2 weeks and then the last item but a few days shy of my original order date. Very speedy considering they came from Asia.
Once I recieved them I did decide the clothing was not what I expected and I wanted a refund.

It couldn't have been easier, I worked with 2 lovely people on their Facebook messaging and they gave me all my money back as soon I as provided a tracking number for the returned goods.

This quality of customer service makes me feel like you can explore these options and know they will help you as much as possible if things don't work out!
