We purchased a dining set and bench in June. The parasol when up swiveled. We contacted the firm and were told this could be remedied with an adjustment requiring drilling to the pole and additionally the installation of a heavy metal base. We were also concerned by what we could only describe as streaking on parts of the furniture. The response from Kingsley Symthe was prompt with Nick and Jay visiting us the following day to address the issue of the parasol and the marks on the furniture. We could not have asked for a better team ! They were excellent. With regard to the parasol, they did the necessary work, ensured it was firmly fixed as required and clearly demonstrated what we needed to do when raising the parasol.
With regard to the streaking on the furniture, they explained that it was on parts that had not had the same level of sun exposure and assured us that with weathering, the streaking would fade away. They were very knowledgeable and also advised us on care and maintenance.
Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were friendly , professional and very patient with answering all our questions! They are a credit to the company.
Overall based on our experience, we can recommend this business with excellent customer service.

Nick and Jay the delivery guys were amazing

Ordered a garden set 25th May and still waiting. A week after placing the order I chased as had heard nothing. This clearly prompted them into acton as I then received an email confirming my order. It was 11th June before they finally delivered completely the wrong table and a poor quality bench and chair. Raised it with them to receive a replacement order on email which I pointed out was the same wrong table again but was assured the right table would be delivered. Had to even then send them photos of what we had ordered and wait until today 2nd July for a 2nd attempt at delivery. Delivered the wrong table yet again which I sent back and the replacement bench and chair were equally not fit for purpose..... .still no idea if we will ever get the furniture!

Straightforward ordering process and handy phone call 20 mins before delivery from Declan and Max. They were friendly and professional putting the furniture together and removing the packaging. Furniture looks good but too early to comment on durability.

We bought at Three Counties at what I think was a great price including delivery and set up. Nick and Kayode gave us a call to say they were on their way to deliver and install. They were a great bunch of guys to deal with and talked us through everything including set up and aftercare. 100% recommend their furniture and their staff

Table looks fantastic

Laura was fantastic and it was a very smooth and professional experience.

Nick and Kenny, were brilliant for the delivery and the setup of the table and parasol as well as offering advice and answering questions.

The table and chairs are excellent quality so far and we are excited to use this all year round.

The furniture was sold to us at a reasonable price. The delivery was punctual. Dawid and Declan were very polite helpful and tidy settling the table and benches. All in all a great service.

I would give the delivery drivers Maks and Rui 10 stars if I could! So professional and helpful, and very knowledgeable about the product. Lovely quality table set too. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the terrible communication from KS’s office, we had to repeatedly chase to get any information and it was delivered much later than expected due to their fumbling of our order.

Unfortunately we had some issues with a teak garden set we had purchased a while back.
After a couple of emails, Scott and Owen turned up with a completely new set of table and chairs, set it all up, took away the old set and rubbish and left everything spotless.
