I started using Kima about a month ago and honestly really impressed! The 4tsp serving was a bit much for me at first so I halved it aand it's been fantastic. Just make sure you're drinking plenty of water alongside it. Once I upped my water intake I noticed a difference within just a few days. A lot less bloating and bowel movements are a lot smoother and regular! Will defnitely be recommending it to my family and friends! :)

I have definitely benefited from taking this product it has really helped with my IBS symptoms previously l had to take tablets before every meal it is gentle and effective keeping my digestion balanced l definitely recommend and shall be reordering.

I have been taking Digestive Gold consistently for the last 2 weeks and I have noticed that I am able to consume dairy products especially milk without any discomfort which I have been feeling prior to using it.
